    As others have said, this story just makes you smile/laugh almost every chapter! I generally dislike "slice of life" due to the naivety, but this one is very refreshing. The unique story telling, viewpoints and twist on cultivation makes this one of the best web novels I have ever read!!!

        Idk. This is just not what I'm used to. Usually plot jums from action to action with secrets conspiracys etc ... But here is just a farm simulator on easy difficulty. The only action is when animals fighting some bandits or a chicken casually kills some dangerous wolf. And then back to praising and farming. This novel is for older generation who are tired of action. Like 40-50. If animated it can be good due to natural anime tempo but it's hard to read due to lack of action.

                  "10" Duuude you're still new to novels then, for only Chinese cultivation novels I'm sure I read them in hundreds, I finished reading some of them, while others get boring at 1000-2000-3000 chapters.
                  You'll reach a point where you can see where the plot is going from the beginning, at that point I started reading every thing I can find (fantasy world of magic, dungeon core, dungeon master, dungeon monster, monter MC {From goblins, orcs, cobols, to wolfs, tigers, lions... even a jellyfish xD }, plant MC, pet raising, R-18, kingdom-empire building, merchant MC, Vikings, fisherman, cooking, art or entertainment{singing,acting, writing, drawing...}, , online games VRMMORPG, video game making, apocolipses {From Zombies, animal mutations to invoremental disasters... } , world traveling, interstellar voyage, DC or MORVEL ect fan-fic...)
                  If you told me at the beginning that I would be reading novels about a father raising his daughter or a farmer living his peaceful life i would've not believed you and laughed it off.

    Amazing work!! Even tho many say its a comedy or a satire, i dont see it that way. To me, while yes there are some pretty funny moments, its actually the most reallistic isekai ive read. Mosts of the actions and reactions that the mc makes are something that a real human being who actually lived in our world would do. He doesnt just become some power hungry blood thirsty guy for no reason just because he woke up in a new world. Hes just your average joe just like most of us readers.

    I really liked the humor, but the romance kinda ruined it for me, it's not unreasonable or extremely cringe or something like that, it's alright, but it's done too early, like in less than 10 chapters they are already seriously considering marriage, which in that type of world makes sense but for me, it's too early, and I feel like the MC even tho he is supposed to be from our earth just goes along it like he lived in that world his entire life, yeah he has the memories from that guy or whatever, but that doesn't mean what he considers good or bad, normal or weird is the same.

            Probably that girl disciple from whatever sect who's staying with them. But she's unlikely to end up with the MC because first of all, there's zero romance between them. Second, she sees him as her master, and third, she respects her senior sister(MC's wife).
