    1st thing 1st. I’ve read this novel 3 time already!!! For the 1st 2 time, I reviewed it 5/5 (in my mind). It’s a feel good story about a man who doesn’t want to do anything with cooltivation. He starts farming, gets a bunch of animals, becomes successful and marries to a beautiful girl. There are some interesting pov of other characters (animals) which was new which I enjoyed very much!! And there is seriously nothing bad happens to the mc and his friends, like ever!! So it’s not for everyone!!

    And there is a hidden plot developing in the background. Then I was reading it again, there happens to a near kidnapping case to mc’s cat, which gets foiled with no serious damage to any party. I kinda wanted some kind of tragedy to happen to mc or his group, even if it’s to a minor character!! I wanted to see how mc deals with what he doesn’t want to deal with (cooltivators).

    Overall, I still like it!! Mcs dialogs, other characters povs, it’s all very funny and heart warming.But there are no challenges for mc to face!! Nothing bad happens to no one!!

      The mc has no character, and is extremely passive. The story is an endless loop of Stardew Valley, and side quests. Much of it is told through the POV of the MC's companions/farm animals.

      This appeals to everyone who is meta, "normal" or in the majority. People who enjoy edge, action, mystery, intrigue, or active MC's should stay far far away.
