        probably, havent read wizarld world anyways, its too short.for me
        And i dont mind authors being inspired by other works tbh, its quite common, this one has lots as well and it always felt like a tease yet cut short.

        i remember reading charm of soul pets at the time, and then some form of taming was introduced here, got interested but then just gone after all that exposition, would be fine if it was just introduced briefly.
        And this happen multiple times, that mountain, secret realms, the underground, even that part when he finally manage to travel to a new world, quite common on mage novels, followed by grand exposition on how big it was with all those mighty beings yet it just feels so empty. (havent read the final arc so maybe im wrong)

        also it kinda change my opinion on this after someone did explain in more details how it copied wizard world, and its really too blatant tbh.
        but it got me really curious whats the connection between the two, even imagining that maybe its just one guy lol, or maybe blood related or something, maybe they got beef with each other, dont really know, whoknows

    1.5/5 world of leftovers forward.

    MC is the only character, the others are all superficial and passengers.

    the ending is like this: "I'm really badass, you wanted to deceive me but I deceived you." and it ends

    I don't recommend it.

      The translation is dropped at chapter 60, and apparently “Overgod Ascension” is a typical cultivation, nothing to do with the world of “Warlock of the Magus World”, although the events take place in Leylin's universe.

      I would add a novel, but the ratings and tags tell me “it's not worth it.”

    Pros
    1) In entire novel thing that i like the most is Leylin character design. In entire novel from start to end he had never derailed from his path or goal that he had set himself at start of novel i.e to gain immortality & eternity. I have seen in some other novels where MC is delay or get off the path or his journey due to various reasons such as love, pleasure etc although later this characters once again get on their path but it's not consistent like Leylin

    2) The story plotline & world background was awesome and I liked the magus pragmatic point of view & also of equivalent exchange.

    Cons
    Author had great story plot, it was like treasure but author had to butcher & ruined it by making mistakes like

    1) translation & writing quality are worst.

    2) Author has also add & introduced some plots at wrong place like


    3) There are also some loopholes in story such



    If author had improve the writing quality & had introduced some creative plots then this novel would be even more popular and may reach on level of LOTM.
