I can't read anymore, the MC have used only around 5 magic spells in the whole 300 chapters, in a wizardry novel??

The harem tag is very misleading, there are zero female characters around the MC, or any heronie in the first place, even if one emerge, it lasts for 20 chapters then disappears from the story. This thing happens for every character. Therefore after 300 chapters, the only character that is still familiar is the MC, however, even the MC disappears, and a dumb MC emerge and continue the novel. 🫠🫠🫠🫠 Also, the translation, though consistent, it starts to get worse after chapter 100.

So far so good [chapter 230], however, i noticed that the author is lacking at depicting sceneries, characters appearance and events. The author repeats everything every chapter with the same depiction. It is done very poorly though the plot and events are very entertaining and interesting.

Guys just guess, what do you think the most repeated phrase in this novel? Do you think something related to wizardry because this is a wizard novel.... Then you are at fault it is this "long/short brown hair" 😭😭😭 it is the hair of the protagonist which every few sentences the author mention, then say that it is the MC's hair 😅😅😅 do the author think we have Alzheimer's disorder or something 🙃🙃🙃

If you can get passed the occasional pedophilia, the MC/author's odd fixation on feminine guys (unusual to even a bisexual man like myself), whilst distaining any romantic engagement with women, the very clumsy translation work, and the frequent discontinuity (maybe also a result of poor translation work?)...

..then it's actually a pretty good story.

Magic stays mysterious, and doesn't try to stick rigidly to a fixed system or become predictably scientific, so the story avoids the all-too-common pitfall of breaking it's own established lore and creating frustrating plot holes.

The magic system is mostly just generally explained overall, detailed less frequently as the story goes on and both the MC and the story delves into higher powers and more mysterious environments.

While less time is spent on environmental imagery and scene setting than the typical ambitious novel, it is sufficient to get an idea of things and fill in the rest with your own imagination, and that helps with moving things along at a good pace. Less time wasted on holding your hand like you're a child that needs everything carefully drawn out for you.

That being said, that's a valid necessity if you're the type of person that needs and appreciates it, but the more imaginative people do not so I'm making a note of it here for the others like myself.

The MC isn't cruel but he is no saint either. He is kind of evil, but also almost strictly principled with a soft spot for good people.

    The story is frequently gruesome.

Anyway, my conclusion is that the story is a worthwhile time sink despite the demerits... IF you can ignore the infrequent but discomforting mild fictional pedophilia.

I don't know. I guess I've run into so much shit and terrible stories so often that so long as the shit isn't the main focus or a hingent element of the story, I can ignore it to a minor degree.

Would still desire still knuckle the author in the kidney for it, however.

The initial 100-200 chapters where poetry good and detailed, but later in the writing quality started falling, the details were missing and there were several holes in the story and flow....so I'll say It's not a bad wizard novel, but it's not good either.....

The protagonist is such a daddy's boy, is gross and pathetic, no independence whatsoever, even though he was an adult before transmigration.

Also he helps everyone no matter who it is even if he doesn't gain anything from it, so evil protagonist is nothing but bullshit
