    If I'm to be completely honest then this definitely won't be the best japanese isekai I've read. Not even close. The plot and story are pretty simple and most characters have promising introductory arcs but later end up becoming one dimensional. It even has your average half-ass wannabe harem. But if I'm to be even more honest, I have to admit that it's fun. Like extremely fun. I had a blast reading it. If you're looking to chill while having a good time reading, I highly reccomend this novel to you.

      I admit it's not good but even though this dosent make it into my top 20 isekais I have to say. It was an extremely fun read. I cam definitely see someone who just wants to relax and have a stress free read liking this. So that's probably why. whoknows

          True that's kind of undeserved. Personally I'd rate it like 2/5 cuz of the decent worldbuilding(which for some reason the author refused to explore and was like "how about making the entire main story take place on a single continent despite the existence of a multiverse?") . Words cannot express how frustrated I become when I see 1000+ year old characters behave like teenagers. ehh

          There are two different versions. The web novel and the light novel. The web novel is finished, but the light novel isn't (I think, the last time I checked was more than half a year ago so it might have been finished already). And the two versions have differences. The earliest, that I saw when I read, was that the ogres join him right away (WN). They only make an alliance until killing the Orc King and having the freedom to decide to follow him or to go away + they have a misunderstanding which results in a fight (LN). The biggest change, I think is during the 10th volume of the LN or the 6th arc of the WN. It's the Founding the Demon Capital Arc.
          The anime is based on the LN.

      main plot, 'important' events and outcomes are mostly the same in both WN and LN...i would say read both if u can,if not then u can go for WN and watch the anime instead of reading LN.

        I hope you do realize that WN is usually 99.5% of the time written before LN? LN is basically heavily edited and stylized WN

      LN is almost always better due to better editing

      LN is very similiar to WN upto until volume 8?, after that plots start to differ. Not sure exactly if it was volume 8 or later, haven't read this in a long time
