Sh*t, why are all of the good novels going on vacation. Like Supremacy Games, Cultivation online and now oracle paths. I know it is the pandemic and everything, but how is it affecting all the unique authors around the same period of time?

Kinda author streched the novel

I am a person with very very specific taste in novels, I absolutely will not read a story where mc is like totally average or one where despair and horror is the main tag, as like ERBC says, its a fantasy to get away from reality.
However I absolutely abhor a mc that just snaps and op, or no or super teeny tiny hardships to gain ovetwhelming strength, as like what is the damn point.
The Mc I like is mc who becomes strong without just simply using hacks.
A good example of this would be Supremacy games, where he has hacks, but if he only had hacks on didnt use his brain and his tricks then he still wouldnt get far. He also went through hardships and he had to fight tooth and nail for every ounce of power he gains.
As of right now, chapter 74, I rather like this novel, Mc grows in a logical way, fighting and scheming for every bit of power, reaches strength, and yet stays relatively humble, thinking before acting.
And as a plus side, I absolutely hate stupid protag who carries like 5 weak ass sex slaves or smth, this one acts logically, extending compassion to others without chopping up his own hands. In the words of the novel, He teaches them how to fish, yet will not spoon feed them fish.

Top shelf, I simp too much for this to give an objective review.

Does anyone also think that the author streched the 3rd ordeal way too long?

One thing that is keeping me from starting this is the inconsistency in the updates, since it already had several long breaks.

Hope it changes in the future.
