    The world building for me is great. Still, there are few things that I find hard to bear.

    1: Ordeals take so long to finish. I mean, I get it that it will provide them powers, rewards, stuff that Jake can use in the long run, but still it's unbelievably boring to read ordeal chapters all the time.

    2: Almost non existent actions outside the ordeal. He doesn't even kill digestors much even though they are the primary enemies in the mirror universe.

    3 : With the way the story progresses, it will take around 2000 chapters( I've no idea if it's a translated novel ) just for this novel to end and take note, the chapter uploads ain't that fast.

      1. IMO its neat because it means there's enough room to get invested in the worlds and people the ordeals are on, not to mention facing multiple challenges and opponents. Although I do agree that some ordeals could be refined a little, keep in mind the episodic nature of the writing. It's tough to gage the length-feel of long arcs when you don't yet have the full picture.

      3. That's fine. Considering the amount of trash floating around, updating fast with only passable quality at best, a better quality novel of large volume is a very welcome change. This is a novel that can become a proper book series with an epic story, unlike the mass of cheap novels catering to meta of web novels' episodic format.

    Started this few months ago and dropped it after the first ordeal. Now i'm on it again and just got to the start of the third ordeal and i found out that this one last for about 125 chapters. Is it really worth the reading? Am i missing something important if i skip it, and if not, can you give me the last chapter of the third ordeal?

      The ordeals are kinda long as the author builds up the tension and mystery initially and closes with a bang in the climax !!! ehh
      You should never skip any chapters as the rewards of each ordeal are related to the how the MC approaches it which leads to that blood boiling moment at the end !!! reader
      It's a great Sci-fi novel you will definitely enjoy it !! quiet
