There’s this guy (or maybe more than one) who went around disliking all of my past comments occasionally in the past, maybe because I offended him someway. I’m guessing it’s the same for some others so I think panic did this to counteract this. For people who care about their likes and dislikes this update is probably a good one, I don’t really care much at this point though. I’m just not sure panic added this as an update or accident lol

It really is a great book. Each regression brings with it a sense of progress, as everything he learns remains with him. Additionally, every step of his growth is explained and earned, so it never feels like he just "Got power from nowhere". This does lead to some really complicated sections that are incredibly confusing, (I'm looking at you, cultivation) but thankfully he keeps all the complicated stuff in the same place and the portions that are important to future growth are explained when needed.

The author is also really good at pacing. Things that have been covered in depth before are briefly mentioned in later iterations. I have yet to feel like the story is going nowhere or going too fast.

Some people might not like the main character's lack of a desire to exploit his regression to predict or manipulate future events, but I see that as a part of his character. He treats every regression as it's own life, and considers every relationship and person he knew in a previous iteration as "Dead". He might use his knowledge of them to his advantage, but he intentionally refuses to "Continue" his relationship from another life in his current one.
