[Devoid of harem tropes, predictable patterns, invincible protagonists, repetitive motifs, mindless narratives, and satisfying storytelling; this work may not appeal to everyone. Enter at your own risk.]

When I had assumed it was just an ordinary day, I found myself abducted to a mysterious realm known as End Point.

When I had assumed escaping merely required participating in these perilous games, I soon discovered my fellow captives were awakening supernatural abilities.

When I had assumed that this land was the {Creation Ground of God}, everything was hurtling towards annihilation. Collapse

The 1st Psychological and Horror story I've read in a long time and it didn't disappoint me. From how the all characters are fleshed out each with their unique back stories it only makes me more intrigued to want to know more.
MC has a bit of madness and mystery to him. But his a smart one. don't have much to on him other than that.
The world is clearly a place where only horrors and evil/madness is allowed and necessary. Been good/righteous will kill you only the mad survive in this cursed world.
    I just have these questions
Can the findings all required daos make one a God? Is it even to find them?
Who is Yu'an? Is she truly part of the celestial branch?
Lastly is the MC already mad? How did he escape? If he truly did?

I understand the situation, and rest assured, my intent was never to support piracy or discredit the original source. I came across the novel here and, as someone who tries to offer honest impressions early on, I reviewed what I read.

Now that I know the rightful home of this story, I’ll be reading it properly on puretl.com moving forward.
I’ll also gently nudge fellow readers your way—after all, it’s only fair that they enjoy it the way it was meant to be: footnotes, reactions, and all.

May your quill never dull and your site flourish.

Ah, no offense taken at all, truly. In fact, I greatly respect how gracefully you've responded. It’s rare to see such clarity and courtesy in these digital streets. Your work brings the story alive for us readers, and I’m glad I could give back even a sliver of that joy through my review. Looking forward to reading more of your translations. Thank you for all the effort you put in—it shows, deeply. :)

This old cultivator stumbled into the realm known as End Point, and lo—what a strange, bitter brew it is. A land of round objects called 'Dào' (3,600 of them, no less), supernatural threats that scoff at mortal logic, and one very clever ‘swindler’ leading the scroll.

Qi Xia, our main disciple of deception, treads the line between cold-hearted loner and accidental team player. He claims detachment, but his actions occasionally betray an inconvenient flicker of humanity. Is this a clever façade… or the result of drinking too much spiritual vinegar? Only time (and perhaps Arc Three) will tell.

The horror elements are not mere decor—they seep into the bone. Trials twist the mind and the plot doesn’t hold your hand like a young alchemist’s apprentice. The first arc alone is enough to show that this tale is not here to coddle readers. Nor are the characters your usual dumb sect cannon fodder. No, here we have brains, motives, and (bless the heavens) minimal romantic distractions. His wife waits in the real world, after all—what is love compared to existential dread?

The pacing builds steadily like qi during a long meditation—slow at first, but potent once ignited. And let us give a blessing to the translator, may their scroll-copying hand never cramp, for the rendering of this tale is crisp and clear as spring moonlight.

Verdict: A chilling cultivation of mystery and horror. Those tired of young masters and miracle pills will find a refreshing dread in these pages. I highly recommend this scroll to any reader with a taste for horror, mystery, or mind games—it is well worth your spiritual energy. Proceed, but keep your spiritual wards active.

So I read the MLT of this before. The story is goodbut it feels like everyone else is dumb down for the MC to act smart. and that gets repetitive later
