This story had potential. But man does it have some obvious flaws. For one, the protagonist is a manwhore. Not lying. He will sleep with just about any woman, and he doesn't seem to have any real standards. He just keeps enlarging his harem for no reason, and most of these women are irrelevant or just flat out annoying like that particularly woman. Also, some arcs are dragged on for no reason.

Like exaggeradly dragged on, to the point you can skip chapters or just skim through them and miss nothing. That aside, the power system is pretty interesting. Ignoring the MC's manwhore ways, he's also a pretty great protagonist. Another issue is the inconsistent updates. The author really does not have a good consistency of updates.

Basically, a lot of potential. Also this novel has no R-18, only alluding to it. Which is a bit of waste, considering, again, he has a harem of women who are beautiful (although most of them are irrelevant or annoying).

Плюсы:
Главный герой интересен. Он не высокомерный урод, который убивает всех подряд. Порой он даже не хочет ввязываться в неприятности, но когда его втягивают становится решительным. Главный герой достаточно осторожный и умный. Он предан друзьям и подчинённым.
Сюжет довольно интересный, хотя и ожидаем.
Минусы:
1. Бесконечные пояснения. Автор зациклен на объяснениях. Каждое действие любого персонажа приводит к объяснениям. В главе может быть две диалоговых строчек, после чего начинается объяснение всего, что стояло за этими строчками.
2. Автор зациклен на описании женщин. Если в сцене находится три или четыре женщины, будьте уверены, автор потратит половину главы на описании их внешних данных. Это утомляет, учитывая то, что буквально пару глав назад, они были описаны по отдельности. Учитывая, что они практически все одинаковые, я так и не смог отличить одну от другой.
3. Автор не умеет создавать сцены. Он тратит буквально целую главу на описание уровней оружия, уровней власти, уровней всего подряд, но не может просто упомянуть, где конкретно находится главный герой в момент взаимодействия с другими персонажами.
Это выглядит так, словно они говорят в пустоте и лишь по небольшим намёкам можно понять, что они стоят в каком-то здании или населённом пункте.
Порой возникает совсем смешная ситуация, когда ты думаешь, что они общаются стоя в небе, но потом автор пишет "Он шагнул вперёд оставив едва заметный след на земле" и тут ты понимаешь, что они оказывается находились на земле, хотя до этого сражались в небе.
4. Слишком много ненужной информации. Книга наполнена бесконечной информацией, как в учебнике по истории. Уверяю вас, половина из этого не пригодилась ни разу.
5. Неинтересные арки. Я пропускал по 30-40 глав, читая только начало и конец некоторых арок и всё равно не потерял нить повествования. Всё, что было описано в этих главах, можно было сжать до 2-3 глав, но автор был зациклен на создании очередное пустого мира, который в конце уничтожило взрывом.
6. Описание алхимии и уровней силы. Их слишком много. Словно я читаю пособие по тому, как стать культиватором или алхимиком. Создавая какую-то пилюлю, автор может потратить три или четыре главы, описывая всё, что с ней связано, включая мысли других алхимиков, почему они заблуждались, как приходили к нужным выводам и так далее.
Тоже касается уровней силы. Я в какой-то момент, просто запутался в этих подробностях. Я человек, который прочитал больше тысячи работ по культивации, запутался в описаниях и схемах.
7. Автор боится, что кто-то подумает, что он пишет про главного героя добряка, поэтому вы часто встретите повторение одного и того же тезиса, что начнёт раздражать: Он не был святым! (как правило после этих слов, автор начнёт перечислять все грехи главного героя, чтобы доказать, что он пишет не про добряка, чтобы успокоить читателей)
В результате, это начинает раздражать и автор не смог отделаться от этой привычки до самого конца.
Итог:
Книга явно не для новичков. Вы ничего не поймёте.
Рекомендую читать тем, кто уже знаком с тематикой, любит гаремы, любит истории про алхимиков и добрых главных героев, которые не стесняются грабить, убивать и насиловать.(странное сочетание, но именно так и выглядит)

Why is it so highly rated?!? It's a cliché on a cliché, how can anyone read it? Okay, I'm being too harsh, and it's possible to read it. In my opinion, it's a 2-2.5-star rating, as it's essentially garbage. At the beginning of the story, the main character is much better than later on. He has degraded, and in the beginning, we were introduced to a cruel, cold-blooded, and cynical character. In subsequent chapters, I wondered if I was reading the wrong thing. Like, how could the main character degrade so much in just a couple of chapters?

It's a little boring, as far as I'm concerned. It's a bit of a worn-out trail. MC's actions are often impulsive and thoughtless, which do not affect the rest of the world. As for me, the Mad Immortal is a much better job. There, the MC does evil not for the sake of the process itself, but out of necessity. The motive and consequences are well worked out, and the supporting characters don't look like lifeless cardboard boxes.

Pretty sure this novel will be dropped by the author soon. He did it with his first novel.

No matter how good the novel, subscribing just doesn't seem worth it. New chapters update isn't consistent. The 2 chapters a day promised was broken within days. Author disappeared to who knows where for days, weeks, or even months at a time. Even with new chapter, 90% is just useless filler of repeated info. The other 10% aren't progressing anywhere. The novel can be consider dead at this point.

After around 500 chapters there is a gradual but steep drop in quality, and at this point the story is just pure trash. I would honestly urge anyone thinking about giving this novel a read to reconsider.

There are still glimpses of what once made the story exciting, but it´s all being drowned out with an endless amount of filler content.
Useless exposition, peanut gallery, head hopping, half a chapter long descriptions of characters, and needlessly descriptive language in general makes up 90% of the text at this point. Dozens of chapters can pass without anything of importance to the progression of the story happening.

Do we really need to know the backstory of every rock in the universe? Do we really need to know the thoughts of every character? Do we really need to have a peanut gallery reacting to every word spoken or action taken in the story, like some f#cking sports commentary or audience panel? Do we need to know every tiny detail about a character or location we will never hear about again? Do we really need to read a million times about the precise way Yue Songli´s tits bounce as she walks, or how the tits of every other female character compare to hers? No we f#cking don´t. Just get on with the f#cking story.

There was more progress and ACTUAL story content in the first 400 chapters than there has been for the last 1500. And even the start of the story was also heavy on exposition!

I would have stopped reading a long time ago, if not for the sunken cost fallacy...
