Waste of time, its tries to do something like Inheritance cycle (Eragon) with learning from superior race that don't fight because they don't want to destroy everything and war with some powerful nation/continent even the romantic plot is pointless the same way (and soooo annoying, would kick her ass after first week!). But constantly indecisive MC and pointless cliffhanger every (EVERY!!!!!!) 5 chapters tops for a least whole chapter is so annoying! Plus he trains for 5 years, and cannot deal with foot soldiers (almost no magic) under 10 mins so he can "save" mana. The "past" of MV which is reveled in cliffhangers is pointless a feels like MC forgot his past and learns it with us (but in story he doesn't).
PS: I was little over 300 chaps and cannot do it anymore!

This is one of the best of novels out there. A right paced story with great world building. Magic, politics, action scenes,slow-burn romance everything seems to maintain equilibrium but is slightly inclined towards action-fantasy genre. Every character is well written and not the usual step stone for our MC. There is also a manhwa with over 100 chapters currently ongoing.
