For Top 1% you can add Worm by John C McCare . If you haven't read it I would recommend giving it a try. I consider it on par with or even better than Lord of Mysteries and Mother of Learning.

I would also recommend you try The Gods Are Bastards and A Practical Guide To Evil.
TGAB starts off with a slow start but is pretty amazing after The Sarasio Incident. Let me tell you that this novel includes Gods , religious organization , evil organization , the empire . So expect all sorts of scheming and forces working behind the scene . I can guarantee that the novel blasts up after the aforementioned incident and will keep you on the edge of your seat.
APGTE is a novel with whole another concept . Namely exceptional people get Names . For example an aspiring madman could get the name of Tyrant wherein he could exert influence on the world through powers associated with his name . There are Heroic , Villainous and Neutral Names .The central point of the novel is how the author uses tropes like- Heroes saving the world by some miracle when the Villain seemingly succeeds - The awesome part is how there are actually smart people and use the mechanism of the world to twist the Story or Narrative to their purposes.
Unfortunately these novels are not in Ranobes. But you could easily read it for free in Wordpress. I assure you that the quality of both the novels is above par which you could very well add in your Top 1% list. For more info you can visit the each of the novels wiki .
