Another case of the author making their MC too overpowered, mixed with the author's other lacking aspects, leading them to make characters spontaneously stupid so they can force plot.

To a discerning eye, you could already tell as you read through that the author is kind of basically minded and would eventually descend to the lowest quality of writing crutches.

Sigh, these top ranked novels are almost always like this, fueled by nothing but quick and easy gratification devices.

If you played dnd 3.5 and spend 5 minutes in buffs the premise is refreshing is really cool twist in the normal system/reincarnation cultivation story

at the start the pacing is not that good and the phrasing is kinda bland but it picks up ratter quickly and turn in a really good novel with really good tecnical quality after the second stage of cultivation.
No king rule for ever and no novel maintains the same quality for extended periods of time, after the world opens up everythings seems scattered, we got arcs about all he finds because the MC dont leave stone unturned it adds to his power but not to the story
Fighs have two flavors the first one is a crushing beatdown in favor of the MC and the second one is actually the oposite but the MC power of defense and regeneration let his do a final counter attack, maybe they add chips to the mint one here and there but its all there is to it.
This maybe is personal but he knows every single chinesse mythos and who knew they are the same here so he walks with total security in all the legendary ancestral places (really dont care who is friends with Nuwa and why this tomb is supreme, how do you know, why is half a chapter about this and it is really the same mythology as earth? or just facts out ot the ass because idk the chinesse one to confirm)

Final words:
It was a story that i was hopping shined like a sun and now it seems like a dying star, you know that some premises talk to you and you want the story to be excelent, this one is that for me, but i was prepared from day 1 because where did the story of a guy who can stack every buff in the world goes, yeah you got it

This novel is pretty solid. But the actual quality detoriate midway. The clam and calculting clever mc starts to behave like typical dumbass chinese cultivation novel mc.
Arogant- check
Pick a fight with way beyond his level and miraculously survive - check
Saved by plot Armor multiple times- check
Get treasure by windfall - check
Do not bother with enemy strength analysis - check
It is a cultivaton world where there is numerous old cunning powerfull monster so it is natuaral to mc suffer various setbacks, losses, suffering. The journey shuould not be smooth sailing. especially where mc is not very overcausius, think ahead in future and plan for it and does not willing to suffer losses. But most of the authos just create some suspense and somehow miraculously mc comes out from hopeless situation by stroke of luck with mixture of absurd enemy inttelegence and make a fortune from it. Seriously,,,,
Also i think almost 400 chps and he still in 3rd bottom level.. and let alone there is immortal bullshit.. so my guess is that like 90% system novels it will have rushed end like go from mortal to top of heavenly dao in 50 chp. Or be deopped
