    Okay, so i'll explain this as simple as possible.
    First of all, Astral Chart doesn't seal Natures. That's done by Voracious Nature. All Astral Chart does is control and keep Voracious Nature in check and allows the Boar King to freely collect, store, and suppress the Natures for his usage and stack according to his desire in every which way.

    And Voracious Nature can only steal Primary Natures. If the target has a Secondary or Tertiary Nature, then Voracious Nature fails to steal the target's PRimary Nature

    Also, if given preparation time, the Boar King can selectively equip his Astral Chart to counter anyone
