    Don't recommmend, the story is dry and flat. The main character's also doesn't feel like a real character and more like the author is just chatting directly to the reader. Characters are stupid, and the world building is horribly done. Huge waste of time! Why is this at the top of monthly ranking?

              No? The counterargument isnt sound, his point is that the critque is invalid because he just shouldnt read it?
              That is literaly not an argument(like genuinly it isnt one, not in the sense of it being bad its just not an Argument).
              Its at best adivce of what to do if you dont like a novel there isnt an Argument here.
              This phrase is generaly just used as a conversation ender, as for why? I cant say, but often its because the person using this, isnt realy bothering actually going into a discussion, but rather to say that they dont like your opinion, which is fine, but trying to argue without a literal Argument is pretty silly.
              Now can it be that this wasnt meant as an attempt to argue maybe, but considering the undertone i strongly doubt that, but regardless its not an argument.(Just because people agree with a sentiment doesnt make that sentiment a written out Argument)

          Though TNE was nicely written I’ll admit, the author’s habit of writing forced misunderstandings was already in play and not in a nascent form either.
          My main gripe about the ending it totally forced a certain character to chose between the world or themselves and author loves to write self-sacrificial characters (see TVWTL/AVWTS (same novel)).
          My second gripe would be the epilogue. Literally nobody else likes it either as far as I know

          Still, without those issues, the author is indeed quite nice at writing black-horse-in-academy novels, and maybe this one’s an exception...?
          Maybe the main character wouldn’t even be a secretly kindhearted tsundere.

            Well at least it seems the author chose a more fitting setting for his type of ending, the main problem with TNE was the build up throughout feels wasted as it was a character driven story. At least that isn't likely to be a problem this time around, unless things change...
