What a disappointment, yet again.
This author has a solid writing ability, but is too lost in themes of tragedy and self-sacrifice. He conveniently goes against plot logic, ignores narrative coherence, and stays inside the thinking box just to force the theme to fit the story.

I do not dislike the themes presented in the novel; however, the author forces them. It’s like a painter having the color red in their palette but choosing to ignore it, instead using their own blood to paint the canvas just to match the theme. I gave this novel a chance. I read enough to see where it’s heading and how it’s going to end. I don’t think this author has learned from past mistakes.

6/10 — a solid novel, and the best in this batch. I’ll stop reading at this point until it ends. From what I expect, the ending will probably drop the score by a few points.

Not a fan of how this author write their protagonists (the tragic self sacrifice stuff gets annoying after hundreds of chapters) but I'm still willing to give it a shot. Hopefully this one is easier to digest

This is peak, just read it. Don’t bother looking for any more comments below mine because the vast majority of us agree. Read this it’s something I’ve now become attached too alongside a few other novels, if your curious reply to my comment and I’ll let you about some more peak.

Gonna also put my will cause I know for sure that by the time this novel is done I’m halfway through college
