    author wants us to know that mc is super duper smart and never makes mistakes and that's pretty much the story. oh and no spoilers but literally just shutting the f#ck up guarantees your survival but apparently no one in the story realizes that so all these characters that are supposedly super smart just keep tapping until they inevitably tell a lie and die.

      The novel's genre is the same as God's Imitator or Alice in Borderland or Squid Game, so characters are forced to speak to properly cooperate/coordinate. Also, they really, really wanna screw each other over because the equivalent of Skills in this novel level up by killcount.

    The novel consists of a series of scenarios (puzzles?) which the MC and others need to solve, while tricking others to die. The thing is, there is no turns or timers forcing you to act. Literally the only thing anybody should do is stay still and shut up when they you don't know what to do and you will survive 90% of the time.

    The author pretends that if a higher level guy tells a lower level guy to do something risky (risk his life), they will do it. Its peak stupidity and it really breaks immersion.

      The premise of an instance is that it has to be solved for the players to return to hell and be able to resupply. If everyone shuts up and does nothing, either they’ll die trapped in an instance or they’ll die in hell after losing the points to pay for basic necessities.
      When the leaders make their subordinates cannon fodder, they have to trick them into it or give them some hope, no one in the book ever just accepted their death with no complaints.

        This is simply not true. There were plenty of times where somebody had an 80% chance of death if they proceed with an action,knew that, and was nevertheless "forced" to act or test an action or rules. Forced is in quotation because not one time somebody refused to act and said he will just do nothing while waiting for others.

        Everybody is acting as if it is perfectly normal to risk your life for somebody because they are higher level or more experienced. It is more logical that nobody would do anything unless they were sure and these challenges would devolve into an endurance contest.

        It is a glaring plot hole which breaks immersion.

      Pretty sure it's the meta that most instances will kill you it you take too long to clear. Especially since a BOSS from a dead liar is in every instance.     Really good novel, characters get rewarded if they kill someone who lied using a gun with a shouting command of 'you lied' if the target did not lie the gun will jam and the gunner will be the one who lied pixel_rip . The selling point is how characters try to trick to trick others into lying, also ppl may have an ability which can make the situation more complex.
