Dumb or maybe not dumb question: which character is that depicted on the cover art?

*Edit: figured it out myself. It’s the bodacious babe Marla.

    My own review.
First, I swear the author doesn't have Alzheimers. See a bullet in page 1? It'll definitely, fire before page 1000. No frustration wondering why mc didn't use this or that power he got.
Second, MC's powers are rarely nerfed. When nerfed, there's a logical, natural reason woven into the story.
Third, mc is a realist, ruthless, heartless, blood thirsty, evil, & prioritizes his goals.
He mirrors Fang Yuan of Reverend Insanity. He's my ideal monster.
I read straight from chapter 1 to 1621.

I bought the book's rating... But even with a quick skip of chapters, this is some kind of horror.
I read about an idiot who was an average scum in a previous life - and who became an idiot in this one. An envious, lustful, stupid idiot. At the time of chapter 141, with a high degree of probability, he should have already been caught for his stupid ears.
(there is no need to talk about the thoughtfulness of the world and so on - it's all very strange)

They write that after 500 chapters it will get better, but... First you need to stay alive.

He didn't kill her before now(1400),but she doesn't have any screen time after dungeon and he only did some missions for her ,
And I think he won't kill her but f#cks her and makes her a harem member

rather than adding her to his harem it would be a better ending for him to finish her off or take her as his subordinate finger

Well, what can I say: I’ve finished 3 volumes right now (660 chaps) and I definitely see how the story gets better in the third volume. The 1 one was good, the 2 one was with some flaws (a lot of beating for MC and constant death battles that make you emotionally tired) and the 3 volume was great! The story definitely came together in the 3 volume and I can say as a picky reader that it is well thought-through! All the little details are mentioned and connected so that you can enjoy the story and not think too much about possible plot holes. I definitely recommend this novel!

The novel is good. English is also good. Story is great as well. I like the protagonist's evil nature.

But, too much emphasis on logic makes it less interesting the further you get into the novel. Especially the conversations between characters are very logical and meaningful, which is a good thing but they become boring when every conversation is like that.

The first R-18 episode is the best especially the build up which leads to it is exceptionally well written.

For new readers I will recommend this novel to atleast 300 chapters, you will love this novel.

So far (170 chapters in) I would say that everything is extremely mediocre. Not terrible, but mediocre. Apart from the dialogue, which is in fact terrible. There's nothing unique at all so far, just the same regurgitated world building, backstory and power system i'll find in half the other web-novels from the last five years. The MC is a BIG step up from the industry standard though. Overall i'd give it a rating of 5.5/10 for a web-novel.

      Dear Mr. Wolf,
First of all, you should know that I have no stake in this.
So when I say that you need to give this novel a chance and that it gets better as the plot develops, it is because that is the honest truth. I know that it gets boring sometimes in the early chapters, but luckily for the novel it has the advantage of having many more chapters, so any boring chapters before the 500 mark I would advice you to skip... completely
      .
Anyway, thanks for your time. I don't even know why I'm nagging at you It is not like this is my favorite novel or anything, it just has more to it than what 170 chapters would let on.
      Sincerely yours,
      LordyLord

        Dear OverLord.
First of all, I thank you for your kind intentions in urging me to continue reading. I have since read up to around chapter 400, and, as you said, it does get better. I still find the worldbuilding generic, and as I've dug deeper in the story I find the pacing somewhat slow, and the internal logic pretty weak. But, over-all, the story now has more "flavour" to it, and is actually enjoyable. As of chapter 400 I'd rate it somewhere around 7/10, and will continue my read thanks' to your counsel.
        Gratefully,
        Wolfywolf

An exemplary back and forth that I did not expect to see here. Just a question about the polygamy, how many women are they and are they just pieces of flesh with no personality that exist only to highlight the MC's attractiveness or do they have personality?

There are a lot of women, and most of them are not just a piece of meat for MC, So far even tho author has not abandoned any of the women, you can still take each woman as a side story of sorts, that each get their story of how they met MC, and what their role in story is, but in the end they will be on the back burner when MC is going on a new side story, they do get reintroduced occasionally, and they all have a role to play towards making MC's business grow.

Tho I do have to say that some women are just that, background noise.
