A reoccurring nightmare afflicted Khan’s nights since the Second Impact. His dreams replayed the scenes of the crash of the Nak’s spaceship, an alien race that the humans had defeated five hundred years ago.

Khan’s life had turned upside-down after the tragedy. His mother had died during the incident, and the Nak’s toxic mana had infected him. His father had managed to save him, but they ended up losing their home and name in the process.

The nightmares wouldn’t let Khan forget about the Nak, so he set his mind to join the Global Army and learn to wield mana. He had to put an end to those dreams, even if that meant hunting down that alien race through the stars. Collapse

    Far too much focus on romance. Somethings can be integral to a character's growth without shoe-horning it in every single chapter. Every single area he travels to, there's some forced romance - it is honestly the worst thing.

    MC has girls falling over for him everywhere he goes in such a stupid way that can only be described as the Author acting as a self-insert for one of the most unrealistic premises on romance.

    The militaristic aspect is good, the writing is good, even the romance was bearable at first.

    Ultimately, a good read, but after a while you'll find yourself skimming through chapters at a time of tasteless romance.

    It is an annoying rollercoaster of emotions and battle it is not for everyone it has many conflicting genres that do not mix very well with each other when it has such a split focus.

    If you are here for just romance just battle or just exploration you will get frustrated.

    Realest shit I have ever read (I'm f#ckin bias but on my defense the guy's work are f#ckin gem) if you're into some realistic struggles and existential dilemma as a justification for character development then this might be good for you. If you're a f#cking loser, burdened by your own uselessness and wanting to escape reality and have never felt the touch of a woman his entire life, then don't bother. Solid 9/10.           Getting hate for no reason, and I couldn’t agree more. Finding the “one” early in life is an exception and not a rule. It’s a way of thinking when the world was less connected and options were limited. Having casual relationships is a norm now. Banging a different chick or dude couple of times a week or at every social occasion is what I would consider whorish.

          Like how these people trying to act all demure and conservative while fapping to half the smut on this site is beyond me.

            I’ve seen such prudish comments all over the internet since I started reading webnovels in 2021, so I have a couple explanations why is that:
            1. The majority of readers aren’t from the “west” even though they read those novels in English. Different societies = different morals maybe???
            2. The majority of readers are weebs and nerds who don’t know what they are talking about / lack real life experience.

            Personally I’m so tired of this prudish attitude towards women and relationships in general, that I started simply ignoring any comments about such stuff.
            Also I have 0 regrets dropping novels if I see any red flags (such as a simping MC who will give his life just to hold a girl’s hand and any such nonsense). Cuz nowadays there are literally thousands of novels out there.

    The mc is constantly hiding under his girlfriend's skirt to escape his trauma. Man the romance is overdone i just got tired and gave up on the book. Not a bad book though but at a point it becomes a chore to read
