Haha, I was going through first few reviews when this first came out, reading them made me chuckle

This is an incredible novel, really, trust me. The only negative of this book is that you can only appreciate it by reading a giant pile of shit in this genre, only then can you fully appreciate this book.

I can't believe it is almost over. Sad to see it go, been here for well over a year now which is kind of insane that I found this site that long ago. You will be missed. o7

You see, this is a very good novel. It started out as Han Jue's battle for survival, but eventually shifted into his slow cultivation. However, it kept things interesting despite the naturally boring and slow nature of cultivation itself by focusing on the side characters, who need opportunities and battle, compared to Han Jue, who just needs time. Unfortunately, the novel sort of loses its charm after chapter... 1100? Somewhere around there, the story becomes boring. If you don't want to see the spoiler, let's just say he gets really powerful, right, and now there's sort of no point anymore. The focus on the side characters is like doing the side quest while waiting for the main quest to progress, but now that there is no more main quest, or gets demoted to a side quest, the conflict is basically gone. There's nothing interesting anymore.

TL;DR Saitama was right - it really is boring, being too powerful. Conflict loses all meaning, because you can resolve it with a wave of your hand. Without challenge and fitting competition, there is no motivation to do anything. This novel falls into the trap of "MC is so strong it becomes boring". Good read, but falls off later.

Are there more novel like this type of genre? I only know Tree of Aeon that very close to the pace of this novel.

I started watching anime from 2017-2019(300+) ..even rewatched some , then started with cultivation Manhua , webtoons (200+) ...but slowly lost the drive to read more... didn't really want to read the manga cuz it didn't have color and was black & white but Started reading it with Isekai mangas and ended up reading more than (+200) ...got tired of it soon ..... didn't want to read Webnovels cuz it's just word & didn't have pictures but curious mind let me read " Custom made demon king" GOT super Hooked searched for more chapters but didn't find one & that's how i started reading Novels of every genre (easily 100+) but my friend, this novel has a place in my heart as a top3 .. started reading when only no more than(300+ch) and a great timing as i was getting frustrated with Cliches-Mc.....sigh!

Ah ! My heart hurts knowing that it's gonna end soon.... recently i have abandoned other novels for a while due to lack of interest but i come back here every single day to read the latest chapters...after this ends i don't know what to do ....
