    Who the hells posting “Locked Chapter’s” on here? There’s no way to pay for them. Is it some form of bot making an error? If so, that’s stupid.

    Now that I’ve looked elsewhere I’ve figured out it’s webnovel’s system to prevent pirating causing the bot to act like a lunatic. It happened because all of the privlaged novel leaks. Makes me sad, knowing we might not be able to read a huge amount of series anymore because if it. That said, I still refuse to go over to webnovel because they’ve been proven to be corrupt and money hungry since back in 2018, when they purposely claimed their site was having errors to test if they could get more money out of people by making no chapters free and removed features that would let their users read future chapters. After that incident they’re basically the novel version of crunchroll for me: legal, but absolute money hungry scum trying to suck out every penny they can.

      Lol way before that, they introduced the free soulstones that you can farm everyday until about few weeks I farmed around 2000ish. Then they decided to wipe it away and introduced new system about permanent and temporary stones. Of course it involves money. As they said, money makes the devil run the mill and I saw one of the coolest WW editor turned coat into one of webnovels mindless advocate, promoting this "stones" and how good for us to pay with money. I prefer to pay on Patreon directly to the author. Lol

        I remember at that time when QI launched webnovel, the majority of cool novels were wuxia/xianxia about sects life and how corrupt the sect is. Ironically, what QI did was exactly how that corrupt people on the sect on any novels was doing. Lol. It gave us a chuckle that time.
