Pocket Hunting Dimension随身带个狩猎空间

The main reason I find it so disappointing is because I genuinely liked the sci-fi aspect of it with humanity fighting other races like the demons and insecoids in an interstellar setting but apart from that most other things are actual shit and piss. Two of the worst things are the characters and the power system. The MC is completely whipped and has no balls. He is constantly helping his harem members with resources he obtains from the pocket hunting dimension and doing favours for others. after all this you would think he gets respect in return right? Fu#k no, instead he's constantly getting shit on, blackmailed, and even getting his ass kicked. Surely once he's up and powerful, he'll stand up for himself and show some spine right? Once again, f#ck no, he still recieves the doormat treatment, all while happily accepting this beta treatment. Some people might look at this at banter but it's very overused and the biggest turn-off personally.

Then, there's the pocket hunting dimension, the key part of this novel and why the MC is this powerful. In short, it is boring af and too op. The protagonist hunts strange creatures in some strange realm he accesses in his sleep, and recieves power orbs from them. The real op part here is that if he dies in the PHD, he just gets kicked out for the day. In fact this may be the reason why he has such a pussy character, he doesn't really have to go through some hardships to get strong. Sure, hunting in the PHD is not easy but it's an unlimited source of power accessible daily and he doesn't have to worry about the consequences. I tried to get more info about the PHD from the novel wiki, but it seems to have the same rules even till the later parts of the story.

Other shit parts about the story include the typical unnamed crowd that kisses the protag's ass in Chinese novels, the little girl who has a ridiculously high cultivation and is convinient plot armor for whenever the MC is trouble, and the MC never being serious and making a fool out of himself.

I know others will come to defend this novel by saying it's supposed to be comedy (never laughed) or satire taking the piss out of other Chinese novels, but it's honestly painful to read and insufferable. I tried reading till chap 300, desperately hoping that there would be some character development, but no, still a little bitch with an OP power system.
