My take after reading 245 chapters. The MC in this story is overpowered. He has never lost a fight or even come close to losing one. He is not exactly a good person, but he is not a bad one either. I would say he is crazy at times. We meet his family and sister, but the author seems to forget about them later on.

There are barely any of the usual obnoxious Chinese cultivation tropes in this novel. The MC’s golden finger is pretty much forgotten later on.

One thing that gets annoying is that every single enemy underestimates the MC and then dies to him. Even after hearing about his strength, new enemies refuse to believe it and still challenge him, only to meet the same fate. It gets really repetitive. The story follows the same cycle. An enemy provokes the MC. The MC stomps them. A new enemy underestimates the MC for no reason despite his clear track record. They provoke him. They die. This pattern repeats over and over.

Most characters do not seem to have a brain. The power levels are all over the place, and the world-building is almost nonexistent. All we know is that there is an empire, invading enemies, a demon country, noble families, and something beyond the mountains.

After more than 200 chapters, the MC is still in the same place, and there is no clear plot at all. The translation is also kind of iffy, with bad sentence structures. Albeit, it's many times better than mtl.

Overall, if you enjoy martial arts themes with fast-paced, action-packed fights and an unstoppable MC rising to invincibility, then you will probably like this. By the way, the MC is not a coward, so rest assured.

This is bad AI heavy rewritten translation, I'm confident to say that MTL was much better.

Read up to chapter 99, translation is horrible and power system is all over the place. I liked the concept of the system, being able to add attribute points to level things up is generic but i still enjoy such novels. However, there’s a lack of system notifications and the overall plot is tragic.

Overall, would give it a 2.7/5. Not terrible junk food but still pretty bad.

When I read this novel I feel like it barely penetrates my consciousness I barely remember anything that happened in the last 100 chapters and I think this novel gave me dementia 0/10 for giving me dementia
