    Nationalism and racism galore. The author thought it was ok for the american team leader in a youth's competition to be an actual serial killer. Foreign women are romantically interested in the mc, foreign men are rude, bloodthirsty and dimwitted for the most part. All countries need china to bail them out because they're incompetent. Nine star gimmick is interesting and you'll look forward to the mc's growth, which is the only thing that might keep you hooked.
