So I remember looking at this on webnovel when this came out there. If I remember correctly I reviewed it with 1 star. The original concept of finding the money in the apartment should have been the end of that mission. 8M cash found by following system clues would have made the story interesting. The addition of the reward for finding the 8M that he is going to keep makes it very absurd. Then comes the interaction in chapter 2 going to save the famous star. The way the incident is described yes a wish fulfillment absurdity. Generally over-the-top monetary or property rewards from a system in a novel always causes the novel to drop at least 2 stars in quality at the minimum for me. On the other hand if you have monetary rewards that happen because the system manipulates causality in events happening, it could be fun and not balance breaking.
