An unknown parcel arrives to Yoshio, a 30-years old NEET. The content is a game disk titled «The Village of Fate.» A beautiful CG game with real-life images gets started.

All of the villagers in the game are high-performing AIs, who strangely behaved like human beings. In that game, Yoshio is the god of destiny and will be in a position to guide the villagers. But what can be done in the game is only to give a message, a prophecy, once every day. The villagers will execute the instruction, and their gratitude becomes the power of miracles, that the god of destiny can use.

Yoshio is worshiped as God but in reality he lives like a shut-in. Thanks to villagers he will again learn the joy of life and thanks to him the villagers will be saved. Collapse

The translation is borderline unreadable, so I only reached chapter 23. Otherwise it was alright.

all these positive comments are absurdly premature. until you read past 55 chaps atleast or half the novel dobt bother reviewing. This is when it stoos bejng slice of life, so far hes faced stsbbings, crippling with a crowbar, extortion, raids and theft. Yet mc still hasnt learned that this is bo slice of life novel.

Very heartwarming, if you are a Neet that needs an example to live, read, please. Nice character development and a great plot. There are minimal mistakes, and overall a great read.

This is top tier when it comes to isekai worth reading.

A very fresh take on isekai where while the MC interacts with the other world, he isn't there, though will he be able to go in the future...??? Well it's really worth reading. Often in progression fantasy, the progress is marked by becoming stronger, even emotional growth in the seldom few stories that attempt to (and a lot of time, fail) tackle such topics lead to the character getting past a bottleneck in order to punch harder.

This is one of the few titles where while there is an emotional core to the story, it's not marred by over dramatics and/or edgy-ness. It's a title that tries to communicate with the audience and subvert some elements of progression fantasy while not mocking any of it.

It's worth checking out. There's nothing OP here so don't expect ANY face-slapping, at all. But if you want something a bit different in the genre, I highly suggest you try this.

I thought there would be a grander plot when otherworld magic, miracles, and objects started getting into the original world. It stuck true to the slightly magical slice of life genre. Nothing too complicated. Good for a light read.

There is this one novel I read where MC finds a painting type thing where time flows faster so he puts things into it and sees the world evolve with thousands of years going by in just a week with the MC eventually evolving legendary creatures and using their DNA to make himself a god.

If you want I can find the name of the novel

Oh, that one. Yeah I started reading it but didn't find it very entertaining, I dropped it after reading how people said ut was going to continue since it didn't sound very appealing. Thanks for recommending though!

Hello to everyone who's deciding whether to read this or not. Please give it a try. It is a good story and I can say that it is pretty ispiring and motivating. The Mc is a nobody and useless guy but because of his connection to the village(game), he began to change and the story goes. The story is slow pace but is easy to read.

I'm sorry to say but this comment is nothing more than what can be glanced from the description. The actual story has a quite a bit more to it, and even inspirational at times. Though the conclusion/ending may leave some wanting a little more writing finesse.

A worthy short read, was left with some uplifted motivation.
