    when i first started reading novels i remember dropping super gene but picked it up again cuz i was thinking i invested so much time so i should finish. dopped it at like 800? then read another 1000ch stopped after that so not worth it lol

    the world is cool and i remember liking the powers but it got repetitive after a while. plus i didn't like what was happening around where i dropped it

    honestly speaking, the novel is incredibly good and amongst the top 10. it's just as good as legendary mechanic.

    the problem? the f#cking mc, if the mc was not the mc.

    if you can overlook the extremely flawed mc and his
    but the story itself is incredible engaging and extremely fun and addictive, the characters hve some flesh and character but the mc is just utter trashy. to put it in simple words, the mc acts like a harem seeking man but deludes himself to be loyal to the fmc. harem mc forced to be in a single romantic interest relationship but still actively flirts with other girls.

        If you compare LM with other books with high ratings, then this is just a children's sketch, and not a book, in all aspects, from the plot and characters to the world and so on, it is just hack work. You may like it if you have not read anything before or if you are young.

    this is the most misogynistic shit ive ever read
    every other chapter includes some garbage like the mc insulting a woman by saying that her only purpose is to have kids
    the one person in the novel who says that there is no difference between men and women is the most hated villain in the first arc
    all the other garbage like the mc molesting women too
    trash power fantasy, really disappointing

          Hey, sorry for late reply, havent been here in a while. While I personally dont think its that prevalent in the novel, the original comment is correct in saying that the author often makes these snide comments to woman and the mc is also kinda... Grabby. Anyways, it definitely happen a lot more than once, so I was taking a hit at Yoriichi's comment not being accurate.

    Not gon' lie, this is one of the two book that I read when i started my dao of reading lightnovel(another novel is rotssg).Now , I nearly ended my journey in this dao(because i have read everything that available on this website), I still got hooked and occasionally started again the first 1k plot from this story before mc goes
    .(maybe nearly 30 times have i repeat this novel). Advice for a young ones who wants to read this novel, your expectations should be lowered and I advice you to complete your dao of mtl first (so that you can compensate all of the grammar mistake and not make your brain goes dumber when trying to understand this novel. Btw, recommend me a few novel to ease my boredom o kind hearted soul , while i waited for the tmt to update regularly back again. How i miss the old simple life back than when i started the journey.

        If he is fast, it is possible. If i really like a novel, i just binge it. I was able to finish 2000 chapters of Shadow Slave in 3 days. ( I read through the entire day though cause im on vacation).
        On days i have work, 200 chapters in 2 or 3 hrs is manageable.
        Though i think he meant he has read most of what this website has to offer.
        I dropped this novel at 1600 chapters but it was somewhat enjoyable. I read this back at 2022 when i was still new to webnovels. I cant bring myself to read it again though.

          If you read like that you skim alot alot, the fastes i can read is ablut 360-400 ch a day of a mid level ch length, somewhere between 800-1000 words a min which is an insane reading speed, espically for so long, reading 50% more even with shorter ch would still likely mean 1k words a min for 10 hours three days long, i dont believe you didnt skim alot alot, sure you can speed read, but that is skimming imo

            I mean… there is a bit of skimming but i have been reading everyday for the past 6-7 years and i have gotten kinda used to it. Some novels have useless fillers so skimming is a necessity. I do try to read everything though, if a novel is good. I actually picked Shadow Slave again and read from start. Im waiting for new chapters.
