Edit: The personality of the mc drastically changed. It's that "logic" of him to maintain order and his hypocrisy. No romance apparently (which is gud for me). Anyways I just find his development skewed but the story is good.

If I had to rate it, I’d say it’s a C as a work and a B as fan fiction.

Honestly, the series had a lot of potential at the beginning; the world was being well-developed, the characters had distinct personalities and weren’t just two-dimensional, and the MC was even showing some character development.

The problem started around chapters 70–80; the author begins tackling complex themes without the slightest understanding of the subject. This turned the MC into a literal hypocrite who applies double standards in the current chapters.

Although the savior complex makes sense given what he’s been through, the way he’s become such a hypocrite makes everything feel very insipid.

Moving past the negatives, the positives of this work would be, first and foremost, the power balance.

Although the MC has a Simulator and a cursed technique with a stupid name that could just be abbreviated as “analysis” or “copy,” and even a gacha system, he doesn’t become overpowered overnight.

The development is steady, the conflicts actually make sense, and the progress is solid.

The MC has weaknesses and doesn’t become OP in just one or two simulations; in fact, he can currently only be categorized as a newcomer at the special rank, below truly powerful monsters.

The novel also seems to be halfway through, heading toward its conclusion, but I doubt it will reach in 100 chapters—it likely still has 200 or 300 more to go.

The world is dark, as you’d expect from a Jujutsu fanfic, and that’s what makes things interesting, though it still lacks exploration.


Final verdict: wasted potential; it’s toxic, but it can be an interesting read if you simply don’t care about how superficial the MC becomes later on.
