    I don’t even know what to feel. I’m sad that I’m tearing up but I’m mad that there’s no ending to this shit. No matter what this is a masterpiece, the author is brilliant and deserves a lot of respect and love but I don’t think I have it in me to read this again. This era was truly void, all meaningless.

The whole story only for him to fall back due to his greed( If he only listened to chaos about restraint on his greed).And how does he expect for there to be a different ending if he made sure all the conditions and the environment is the same.       I can't wait for the author's next work. The pivot from plot armor to true despair was very well done. I do wish we got a more concrete ending though instead of leaving a lot up to interpretation.

        Yeah I hope the next story has a mc who can somehow help this mc. I don’t see Cheng Shi getting the happy ending himself so a variable is needed. Even if we don’t see much I hope we get a chapter at the end of the new book with Cheng Shi. Though I doubt it really. Author is a genius so even if he uses 50% of his brains on the next book I still think it’ll be good
