The first major arc of the novel ended on chapter 922 and I'm currently on chapter 1028. I believe this novel had the potential to be very good, but ends up being average because of the author choosing to contradict himself constantly and resetting the MC's power back to zero multiple times. The author loves to over-hype the MC, constantly droning on about how the MC is so powerful, just to contradict himself in the same chapter when the MC is having to hide and flee because he's too weak. The author also spends a ton of time explaining how the MC is different from everyone else and why he can/can't do certain things, basically it's the author having to defend his decisions and it becomes extremely tedious to read.

Honestly, I understand your point of view but, I don't agree with it. MC has insanely OP talents, he's overpowered and more than that as he's not like the average MC, always planning ahead and fighting with forces so much greater than him. Don't forget that he's forced to flee not because he's too weak, but because his enemies are too strong, they are literally Primordials who dictate the entire universe where he lives, our MC is a newborn baby compared to them who have lived for so long and planned so far ahead. To each their own I guess, personally that's one of my favorite novels, I love the power system, love that the MC isn't braindead and actually plans ahead, love the talents of the MC. I think you should give it a try as what you see isn't necessarily the reality. I won't spoil anything but I think you should really give it a try, personally I stopped at chapter 1600+ to stock up as it was starting to get very exciting and I didn't want to get cockblocked by the amount of chapters published each day. Still waiting for more, just to be sure that I don't end up just in the middle of the really interesting part !

You are not a reader, just a critic bitching without understanding anything.
You portrayed Rowan as if he was handed out everything to him from the start, and he complains all the time about his weakness—thats far from the truth.
You will hardly find any other character who, despite all his potential and intelligence, always put his 1000% into his battles. Why? Because his opponents are not just any half-assed antagonists, they are ancient, wise, cruel and most of all truly powerful. Rowan has never once lost because he did not tried enough, his enemies are simply that much prepared. Do you even know the extent of his prepation? They span across past, present and future; across millions to billions of years and every action of his is multifaceted and I am not exaggerating one bit. I hardly believe there exists many books with an MC who plans this much. In fact, you pointed out so much that he is main character this main that, but he is prepared to die anytime when he decided to fight against the Primordials from the day one. He is not a goody two shoes MC who flexes his strength, the weight of his responsibilities is so immense, you can call him truly insane to even be still standing.

Прочитал 10 глав и довольно похож. Не знаю понравится или нет, мне очень скучно, потому что ничего не понятно и все намешано вместе. Кроме того, очень медленно.

I read up to chapter 88. I couldn’t take it anymore. Half the time you’re reading it’s like WHAT THE F*%% is going on. Rushed concepts and weird introductions make it horrendous to follow. I cannot tell you why exactly, but the writing feels horrible to read.

It's an okay progression novel and it's one of the top ones from its genre. It starts of a little wonky with the writing but it gets better as the world building is fleshed out. My only gripe is with the inconsistency of the physics and sometimes logic of the world building. As the story progresses into a larger cosmological and multiversal scope the author, in my opinion, fails to be consistent with the power scaling logic. Also I suspect for the later chapters (1500+) the author used chatgpt to fleshout done of the chapters..not that it takes away from the engagement of the novel but if you know what to look for (naming sense, physics concepts etc) it becomes a little icky..granted this novel is very ambitious in scope so it's understandable if even the author wants to make better sense of what he has written and about to write with regards to high level concepts and the general progression of the novel. All-in-all it's a good read and more people should read it.

Okay to give the general idea of what this novel's about. It's like a pyramid scheme on universal level, there' multiple people on the very top that controls everyone below like the direction of your life, fate, destiny. But our mc is on the very bottom and his goal is get out of the triangle.

7/10 - it's average don't expect a top level writing, on 1500+ some chapter been uploaded twice.
