There are mighty creatures that come in all shapes and sizes. They can either be cuddly companions, helpers in your daily life, daring scouts or strong fighters. Or all of the above. Not bad, huh?

I have a family, but the fact is completely overshadowed by my younger sister. She thoroughly hates my guts, and she makes sure that I know this. Every. Single. Day.

Did I mention that she’s disgustingly talented while I am a bottom feeder? A terribly handsome one at that.

I have free rein to run the family business on my own. A small and quaint Pet Store. It should have been great if not for the fact that the previous owner of this body was born with ZERO affinity to handle Astral Pets…

It wouldn’t be a proper transmigration without a gimmick or a system to pave my road to greatness, don’t you think? I have one, but I don’t know if I would be better off without it… Collapse

    Why is mc running around every other arc instead of running his pet store. System need to punish him and lock him up inside store area to be more productive.

      Yes, somewhere along the way it stopped being a Monster Pet / Pet Store story. It's been 100's of chapters since we last saw some of his pets. (Other than quick mentions) It's now mostly just a regular Cultivation Novel with strange powers. His powers and pets were mostly derived from the Pet Store, yet he spends no time there anymore and hasn't bothered upgrading the store or anything there in 100's of chapters. Considering the Overpowered items and Powers he was able to purchase from the shop in the past, with how much money he has earned he should be able to buy some Crazy things... yet this part of the story is completely ignored.

      He mostly ignores his employees as well, besides taking Joanna to her realm to try and get resources for himself despite some of their clear feelings for him. The story started out a mix of Pet store, cultivation, with a small portion of slice of life. Yet the Pet Store and Slice of Life has been completely neglected, making the story much more one dimension. Don't expect any romance with the bonehead MC either.

      I suppose Small Worlds are a cool concept, but the fighting in my mind doesn't seem interesting, I see them throwing these Large Beach Ball sized Globes at each other and whoever's is stronger wins!

      I still enjoy the story overall and read new chapters, but I hope it gets back to its roots or it'll be just another 'okay' cultivation novel.

    Unreadable, I'm 3 chapters in and I can't turn my brain off any longer. So basically mc transported to another world and has a prodigious little sister who bullies him bc she wants revenge on him for bullying her early on in life. Secondly he has a system that imposes penalties for swearing and the sad thing is someone removed all the swearing from the novel so out of nowhere he is penalized and it makes the read super awkward. 1/5
