        First the store is training him more his character , perspective and attitude to others than his direct combat prowess. The most important phrase of this whole novel is from the store : "Everything can be cultivated".

        If I guess you are still in the Blue Star arc , right ? He does this because his "main" profession is of a beast trainer. Thus he is going after such related knowledge. After that he is trying to grasp every opportunity he can get at ataining more strength.



        P.S. The cultivation planes aren't such a free meal as many might think. We actually do get foreshadowed why there is something wrong with them. Though most questions get truly answered the last 20 or so chapters fully.

          I don’t think the store cultivated his attitude or perspective towards others. If I were to believe your words then could you explain why he starts acting like a young master in the later chapters.

            He doesn't act like a young master. What are you on about ? On the contrary the MC at the start was quite merciful to his opponents. Though later down the line he does realize that his enemies won't appreciate and treats that way the need to be treated.

            I should mention that the system cultivates his view about existence itself. Biggest indicator is the phrase it repeats to him again and again. "Everything can be cultivated/trained". In other words you could say it broadens his horizons. The closets scenario where you might think he is behaving like a young master is when he visits a cultivation realm. Because he can die and respawn no matter the situation , he has grown to disregard death in the cultivation realm. Hence why he is going to be more aggressive and unreserved. He isn't afraid of death. On the contrary he was more afraid of being trapped using time laws. That doesn't mean he is behaving as a young master. He actually has the backing required for his actions compared to your typical young master. He is ruthless indeed but still values life. Even till the very end he valued life but also understood to accept necessary sacrifices.

            If you are going to insist that he behaves like a young master, you should at least cite the chapter you are refering to.

                I bet you either are ignoring context or confusing this with a different novel. Su Ping has never attacked someone just because he called him an idiot once.

                If you don't remember No. of chapter , you can at least explain what was theme of the chapters close to that.

                Was he still on Blue Star ? If yes , was it when he went to that Pet Trainer Holy Land ? Was it before or after that ?

                Sorry but without citing at least the chapter I am gonna call bullshit on that. "Just trust me bro" ain't enough. If anything the author in this is quite consistent and I can't remember Su Ping wanting to kill someone just because he called him an idiot once.

                  It happened when he went celestial realm( I think, where his master resided) before he was about to enter that dream/illusion realm or something like that. Also, I am not sure how exactly did entering the realms really cultivate his attitude or perspective to others.

                  when does it ever say that? the only thing the system said it would do was ''the system will make you the best pet trainer there is'' well it's not hard when you can just throw them into a cultivation site and revive them over and over again and not to anything else. it doesn't even teach him anything

                  or remember on blue planet when he barged into the tower on blue planet, he could have talked first or negotiated before he attacked

                  or like when someone from one of the academy's tried to capture the skeleton he could have let them go but he was stubborn and killed them the academy didn't go after him but the guy's family did,

            Nope, not really. He never really saw her as his disciple. Not to mention Su Ping isn't your conventional pet trainer. He is basically forcing the pets to die repeatedly until they no longer die. He didn't even have anything to teach her XD.

                He took her as a disciple in order to further his influence in the human holy city in Blue Star. Problem is that by the time she made any meaningful progress , he had become too powerful. My real grip with him taking her as a disciple is that he isn't a trainer in the traditional definition. Like he barely knows any trainer skills. He relies on infinite ressurection and repeated death to draw out the potential of his beast. Also to the natural treasures that he finds that aren't readily available.

        It is a 10/10 considering how Chinese writers write. Definetely one of the best out there. Though you need it to give it a chance considering the plot is constantly developed.

        He is never trying to be low key. Though at the start he is still fumbling about what he can do. If he is threatened in any shape or form he will make sure that his enemy will pay. He also isn't a wimp that lets his enemies run away so they can threaten him in the future. Overall is quite realistic.

        The mini arcs are quite concise and don't drag on. Though the overall plot is somewhat a slow burn with quite a few foreshadowing.
