I dont know if its part of the humor that Mag is like being pushed around or like he has to give way to Irina. Not funny at all. He's not the past Alex Mag so He should be more assertive. Its getting annoying when he always try to be submissive.

I rlly found it annoying when he wasnt accepting Alex as himself, when Mag is Alex and Alex is Mag, they both r him, so he might as well accept it and the feelings he has for his 'wife' Irina. Also the story is very slow and barely and romance and harem elements in it, even tho there r female characters trying to get his attention and him being just an ass and selfish guy.

The only this i hate about this Novel is... It's already 1700+ chapters but their is no lovey dovey scene forget about deed, their is not even a kiss scene, it's not like author skip it... It's just that Mc is f#cking pussy when it comes to his wife Irina.. Even when irina is giving the signal he always become Pussy... Idk why Author put Harem tag, but all the female in the Restaurant are chef and Waitress relationship... It's already 1700+ they didn't develop any feeling for mc, only admiration and respect....and mc only see them as employees. Sigh! I'm really disappointed that, this 1700+ chapters their is not even a kiss. Mc is transmigrated from earth, How can he endured when facing the Elf princess, dragon princess, mermaid princess, Moon princess, otherworldly Human beauty!? Other than this i like Every part of the novel.

I've read in the past, but I stopped it because it has slow story development which was particularly boring. In fact, I was surprise to have read 950+ chapters of this novel...
If I would say, although this novel has a slow story development and there is not much interesting plots (as it was slightly similar to other gourmet novels), but, the heartwarming and childcare story of this novel is what caught my attention.
Well, if the MC regain his strength within 900 chapters, I would have continued reading this.

Still, this story was acceptable and was 3.3/5 if I will rate it.

Does this have harem!? Or any romance??

I've been reading it for a few days and it's a pretty good slice of life novel with a bit of action.

The plot moves slowly, there isn't much character development and there are occasional errors in the translation with people being given the wrong names or minor errors like putting "medium-rare" when it should be "medium-well" but as a whole I would recommend it.


Update: It's surprisingly still keeping my attention which very few web novels do past the 1000 (now 1500) chapter mark.

Certain parts of the plot can be annoyingly slow such as Ugly Duckling being in most chapters and having the occasional hint towards it's true strength and yet 1500 chapters later... nothing, the MC is also still hiding his true identity from almost every character and I was hoping some of the staff would know by now.

Although it has flaws what it does do well is character, like with all long novels some bits are overdone and it can feel like reading the same conversations over and over but most characters in the story are likeable/memorable despite the constant additions.

It's also nice to read a Chinese web novel that has an anti-racism/xenophobia stance compared to what we usually see though of course most of the food he cooks is still Chinese but that isn't a problem to me.
