First it seemed that only technology would evolve, but who knew the world itself could too? It wasn’t as simple as climate change or tectonic movement. No, the fundamental laws of physics that governed everything were changing.

Leonel was fairly lucky. His family was decently well off, his father loved him enough to brew vomit inducing nutrient rich smoothies every morning, and this was both the day of the National Championship and his 521st confession to his dream girl, Aina. As his father always said, nothing was more important than respect and persistence.

Unfortunately, everything changed that night. At the after party of ages, the world reached a saturation point and an apocalypse descended.

Abilities awakened. Sub-Dimensional Zones opened. Invalids rampaged through the Earth like a virus…

Those who could evolve would have a slim chance for survival. Those who couldn’t would die.

    The author's writing is about making the MC suffer and overcome obstacles, he takes this to the extreme. However, it also features a truly unique and well-made energy system and world, there are no criticisms about that. The adventures are also exciting, so much context and plot well done that it's incredible. Even the plot armor always appears with an explanation and rationale.

    My biggest frustration with this work is MC's romance with FMC,

    I don't know what fetish this author has for his mc to be all arrogant pieces of s*** he keeps f****** character development arts but all of that shits goes back to the f****** beginning. They are arrogant pieces of shite but he keeps justifying it how this is ok.

    So far it's been good, the only real complaint I have is that plot armor seems a bit too thick BUT not in a way that's usual with these kinds of things. Usually when plot armor comes, it comes out of nowhere. Here there's a bit of a setup and it shows, to a certain extent, how the MC overcomes the challenge. But it's not enough as you still feel the author's hands in "maneuvering" the MC towards bad situations. Like if the MC has what should've been a minor slip up, suddenly all hell comes loose. And you're like "what?"

    To give more context, the plot armor here is strange since they seem unnecessary. Usually plot armor is when a character defeats someone they couldn't have, but in here it's more like the plot armor is given to enemies (in general) with the sole purpose of putting the mc into the back-foot. So now there's a tense moment. . . that didn't have to be there.

    Again, it's handled fairly well and despite this, this title is still a cut above the rest. Definitely worth a try.

    Don't listen to anyone just try it. It gets good. Story has a new concept but it is good. And yes it has a plot armour but not that exaggerated.
    The author never forget the little details like the characters, the zones, the third rate villains. And all the other things that I do not have time to talk about.

    A good read but with thick plot Armour for the MC. The MC is portrayed as a teen without much experience but after all he's been through as at Chapter 200 he still makes some childish and unexplainable mistakes which would cost others their lives.
    So, yes, read, it has good plots and events plus nice storytelling but do expect some annoying moments from the MC.

    Hello, I have a question for all the readers that are caught up, is it really worth it to read this? like I get bored so easily and rather sleep not kidding, I'm open to spoilers so spoil till you think it's enough to get me interested in reading this rather than just ignoring it. :D

      I wouldn't really say it is worth it man. I mean right now the novel is really at a good place, but it is up to you if you want to read through all the chapters. The novel really has a lot of high points but also has so many lows. If you have a lot of free time and have read a lot of other novels this is as good as any to catch up to. Probably better than most novels on this site.

      It's a great novel, but it has a lot of ups and downs. There are moments so well done and planned that you are amazed, but there are moments when the accumulation of obstacles and misfortunes are so many that it is frustrating.
