Earth Online — a virtual MMORPG that takes place in the future year of 2190 — a game that everyone will bet their futures on. Set in a map that is ten times the size of real-world Earth, players battle for supremacy in the first game to feature personal adventure, territory construction, and grand warfare. For every death you experience in the game, your level would drop back to zero. Ouyang Shuo, an above average player, suffered the ultimate betrayal. For merely a piece of equipment, his sworn brother betrayed and backstabbed him. This time, after he reincarnated in the game, Ouyang Shuo swore to exact vengeance.

However, in an unexpected turn of events, Ouyang Shuo found himself back five years before the betrayal — right before the launch of Earth Online. This time, armed with the knowledge from his past life, Ouyang Shuo would venture upon a new path.

How to perfectly complete quests? What historical battle maps would appear? How should one build up their territory? Utilizing the experience from the predecessors of his last life, Ouyang Shuo makes his bid for the top against all odds. Follow his journey as he seeks to lord over the world!

A different kind of tale that blends historical characters and virtual reality gaming, with heavy emphasis on kingdom building and warfare. Collapse

Funnily enough the mc's generals like to die a lot compared to other lords historical generals, they tend to pass through the thick plot armour without any death just some superficial defeats in battle so I was wondering what f#ck does the author wish to imply? honestly chinese are too far gone in their fantasies of heroism
They just wish to create plot armours and thick as their nationalism ideas in novels such as God and devil world etc. come on the fact that it's called fantasy novel does that mean you should go over rim even demons have rules in hell
Anyways it was a great story nice fantasy I enjoyed it

It's ok but mc never had to overcome a dame thing alot of plot armor
Even after the 5 years he had knowledge on but it did have good characters MC was not a b**** that's a positive but he did this monogamy thing that's just boring as hell to read at least for me monogamy goes against human nature oh well I'd recommend reading it

It is a great novel , and i definitely recommend it. reader
¹ Great kingdom building , every thing is step by step , no illogical points ,
as far as i am concerned
    ¹ Great Economic or businesses
< But ... there are some things which i disapprove , like - gloom >
² Nationalism, just like any typical Chinese novel .
² Racism ( Mainly towards Japanese, and thinking themselves as superior
than anyone), though it is at small scale unlike other Chinese novel .
² Great detail of history (which for me is just is not suitable, but some
could find it entertaining , so its only from my POV )
² At the start romance was good but as the story progress not much focus
is given on it and female lead losses its significance
² Many characters are forgotten and many which could have significance
are not given enoug novel time , as new characters are given more
significance and they are also forgotten .
²Though there are many points here , still i would recommend u to read it
< And the ending is also quite satisfying ( At first i didn't like it , but after much contemplation , i think it is the best ending , as if it continued it would become boring . >

This seems the kind of novel most characters introduced are completely forgotten over time.
Can anyone tell me if this is true or not?

It's not in the sense that they get forgotten but more they aren't mentioned unless they actually need to be mentioned. Some people the MC finds very early on are researchers or gun enthusiasts but they can't really be mentioned until there is actual progress in their field which could take hundreds of chapters. Others are simple farmers with no specialties being his first settlers but are inevitably replaced by people who specialize in the development of the world. They do get brought up every now and then but with the MC becoming more of a lord/king instead of the being a small mayor like in the beginning they would have to be forgotten since they simply don't have the status to interact with him. It makes sense when thinking of it through the in-world complications instead of most novels where the author just forgets about a character

Not in the short term, rather, it is when the mc advances to another level and they gradually distance themselves.

Friend if you don't like politics you can stop here, because here in this novel there is not only war, sometimes there is more than 5 cap on the economy of the kingdom of mc, of course the wars are good to read, but you will stay confused if you don't know a little bit of Chinese history nose

or like me when you don't know where the war is taking place, just search on google, etc. frost

One more tip, if you read this start writing down the names because there will be many! swim

    romance has

Romance, action, kingdom building is economics, but the latter is not much more kef

      Lol

If I had to make a racism novel I would rather make a fantasy type without any these current countries and just make new countries but I don’t support racism anyway possible whether it’s a fantasy or not idc
