When Simon dies, it turns out there's more to combat than lightning reflexes with his controller, and the path to becoming a hero is more brutal than he can imagine as he descends into The Pit. Death after Death is a dark, time loop, Isesaki story with roguelike elements, that explores some of the common tropes in a different light.

Yeah, I suspect they lost their progress somehow after they announced it. And don't have the balls to tell the fans.

Ive been reading this for a long time over on RR, and man, this has got to be the furthest I've seen an Isekai protagonist grow in terms of mental state, the author manages to turn an insufferable brat into an actual respectable human being as he puzzles his way through the pit.

The only downside for me is the slow af chapter schedule. 4/5 (needs editing early on)
