Transmigrating to a parallel universe, Ye Xiao’s spiritual and martial arts skills were awakened. He became a librarian in the martial arts library and awakened the Golden Book Divine Soul.

Upon seeing that there were skills to collect divine souls, Ye Xiao cultivated in them. When he maxes out the skill, he can even synthesize them into a higher-level skill.

— Seven basic blade skills can be synthesized to the Emperor Level Skill- Blade Dominance!
— Nine basic sword skills can be synthesized to the Emperor Level Skill- Heaven Cleaving Sword!
— Ten basic fist strokes can be synthesized to the Emperor Level Skill- Fist of Destruction!

Ye Xiao cultivated and grew, upholding the principle of not leaving before he became invincible.

Many years later, the Star Beasts arrived and the human race was threatened. Tens of millions of people found themselves helpless, unable to defeat the beasts.

A sword shot across the sky and he emerged from the gleaming light of the blade.

«Those who threaten humans shall be eliminated!» Collapse

It would be better if the world is in the cultivation world not modern world, nothing modern in this except the involvement of a phone and car.

From start to end just martial books, fight, get famous, lay low, get strong, repeat. Most of the time i even forgot that they are using technology and modern clothes, most of the time i imagine them using those daoist robe

And every county except nine province just a clown character just to fill in word’s after the god came in the story now is smooth no longer nationalism of nine province againts the usa just normal clan vs clan…

Or is it :v dont know, hopefully it will be like normal cultivation novel
    (As chapter 449)

Racist idiot. If you don't like the novel then don't read. Have you ever think if the people of China likes someone like you? 😒

something the Chinese have in their blood is racism. There is racism in history, in their current behavior and even in their web novels, why should I love those who defame my race?
I dont care about their opinion but I hate

my English is bad, I dont want to deal with writing properly.

Well, I am a Chinese who lives in Singapore. Even so, I don't like the people from mainland China. The majority of the people from here probably think the same. I think it's the same for people from Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Mainland Chinese gave us a terrible impression. They are rude, arrogant, stubborn, unreasonable, insufferable, and has fragile heart. Most of the people from China I encountered are scammers or had a bad attitude. Even though our ancestors came from mainland China, we just don't like to associate ourselves with them. It's probably the upbring and the culture, they have this cheap feeling about them, like some hooligans. Even if they are rich, it's the same. In fact, those who are rich are even worst.

You should understand that these novels were written in their country, so it's normal for them to praise themselves. It's like three dogs standing in a circle licking each other's asses. Look at North Korea, they're the same.

Good thing is, with all these comments, I can safely skip this novel. Lol.

The part about North Korea is just a way to emphasize how China forced authors to praise China. Do you know the Obama meme? Ownself praise ownself—same thing with North Korea.

The main problem you all have is: not knowing the difference between fiction and reality.

& racism, of course. Saying the other party is racist while you're doing the same doesn't make you any better, kid.

Alright, I've read all the way to the most recent chapter which is 398 and honestly it's repetitive but the nationalism isn't as bad as before
elements of the story are changed on a whim and things of that sort also. One thing that's great about the story is the lore, the author did a great job of combining history and fiction. All in all its a fun read after you get past certain elements like the overabundant nationalism and the mc's eunuch like nature (despite his empire toppling handsomeness that's constantly mentioned). His personality is steady but his convictions and ambitions are flimsy at best.

I keep reading because strength progression is still relevant but even that is becoming slightly unreadable when you compare the Ye Xiao to everyone else after his recent advancement. Again I warn you that the nationalism is way over the top I'm probably only able to continue to reading because I have some admiration towards Chinese culture but others may not be able to bear it lol.

"The genetic martial arts and scientific martial arts led by America are developing more and more vigorously. If they didn't restore the martial arts level of the nine provinces to the level of the true number one in the world, it would really be a disaster for the nine provinces once these barbarians grasped the absolute strength.

Damn and here I thought I found a Chinese novel without over the top nationalism lol.

This novel is pretty good in my opinion, the only reason it has such bad reviews is because of the Nationalism, but they aren’t even named as “China, America” etc. It’s honestly not a big deal for me because everything is from the MCs perspective and I’m reading for the MC to become the strongest, so obviously I’ll support the MC.

I support that a novel doesn't become bad because there is nationalism in it, but there are novels that kill every joy I had while reading it after only one chapter full of racism. Like a novel, I was reading just today. It is very funny and interesting, but then appears a chapter with eastern dragons vs western dragons, the two of them acting like children calling each other things like 'Bat wings!' and 'Flying Earthworms' and then, a face slapping event. Like wtf, the best part to that is that it ends with all the dragons acting like bootlickers to the MC telling things like 'Humans are amazing!' 'Respect for the humans!'... If that is not all, just ten chapters later, you see a tournament, where ALL countries of the world are against the dragon country (china). The Philippines country, the Sakura country, the EUROPEAN country, the f#cking KIMCHI country... damn... and the worst part is that the novel doesn't give you a good reason about why those countries want to suppress China, just because they feel like it. Forgot to mention that ALL foreigners talk with arrogance, and disdain, and every two lines they 'sneer' against the poor people of the dragon country... f#ck them...

That’s mostly because in China you can’t write novels without nationalism and they’re not allowed to degrade their country. You’ll get reported if you’re not placing China as top in whatever you’re writing.

You just get used to it I guess lol 😂

But they degrade it every time they write things about young masters, corruption, sexual harassment, the rapists in all streets of their full secure china, snobs in all departments... That's one of the best ones, like all countries, treat china badly, being arrogant and acting without reason, but then you had twenty chapters earlier, the same thing happening between them.
