    Couldn't go beyond chapter 42 it got to be extremely dull and repetitive with a predictable plot and simply no character development or personality whatsoever.

    The beginning was pretty much just a very, very, poor copy of Astral Apostle, where it lacked any of the depth or intricacies the original had. It's like no one gave a rat's arse about building a proper world, fleshing out characters, or providing good descriptions. At first, I thought maybe it was a translation issue, but upon checking the raws, turns out it's really just as shithouse.

    I reckon you should give "Astral Apostle" a go instead of this rubbish. The only problem with that novel is that it was dropped later on but whatever it had is miles better than this garbage.

      To be honest i dropped Astral Apostle very early on but i read this novel till the latest chapter. I tried getting back on Astral Apostle but couldn't get past chapter 10 lol.. everyone has different taste i guess. Btw i love this novel

    It's not that good. The trope is already common. The MC feels really unnatural. The rules made by the government are stupid. The writing is bad. It just seems like the author/tl spammed "cool-looking" words all over the novel.
    I also don't get the point of having a family in these tropes. They just get used as plot points and they never have any character development.
