    Love it,the in depth explanation of the various branches of magic to the world building to the development of the main and side characters,to somehow keeping the story interesting and engaging despite the huge character base.

    MC who was clever beyond his age never tried to connect with his elder brother even though he was mean to him (elder brother should really be mad at his parents who has zero birth control when they were dirt poor, he started work when he was just a child and did not get much food after MC started cultivating mana and needed food more than his age), dropped this shit around chapter 20 when his family started dick riding MC, marginalizing elder brother in the process.
    Don't get me wrong, his elder brother is evil, but who contributed the most to push him off the cliff, his parents (who acted like some real good parents by shedding tears, when all they need to do was stop birthing like pigs when you got zero resources to raise multiple children and forcing eldest to work at a early age) and MC who even though was a child has a mind of an adult but never tried to reach out to his elder brother who was still a child physically and mentally, allowed to fester the feeling of being marginalized within the family to the point, it broke him and turned him evil. If MC tried and still his elder brother became evil, then nothing can be done about that, but the problem was, MC never tried.
    What is up with author trying to scapegoat elder brothers to make MC shine more, is it the possibility of adding sisters in the harem in the future? If this twisted development happens, I wouldn't be surprised.
    If there is a fanfic for this shit, it should be on his elder brother, after getting ousted by the family, his journey of revenge against MC. It would be one hell of a fanfic.

          Ok this is actually ranobes fault.
          In the description the will be a note about MC being a selfish and jaded dick and other things, that is not present on this site.

          And agree with no birth control part.

          That being said we all saw it coming about what's going to happen to the elder brothers, like mc is not a nice family person like Vin diesel oru2x
          he died of a murder-suicide. and you expect him to act mature for sake of kids that are trying to bully him since he was a child.

          He is like be nice to me and I be nice to you kind of guy and the brothers tried to f#ck him over and they had to go simple as that. The author wrote exactly to the character of mc

          They kept calling mc a leech and when mc started providing they got jealous and tried to beat him up. If you think about it if the kid wasn't mc he would not have survived in that family. What do you expect MC to go out of his way to earn their respect. Respect is a give-and-take thing. you don't try to earn respect from your bullies. MC is bullied by his father his whole life.

          So what I am trying to say is mc is not a wholesome person that died by a truck he is a broken jaded individual who stared into the abyss. it is good enough that he did turn into a psycho serial killer.
          This will be addressed in future chapters if you read.
          MC is 3d not like one of those cold heart less cultivation MCs, there is character development.

          And the harem thing is just your wild speculation in anger bro this book is better than that and I would have dropped it if that's what happened.
          Of course, the family is happy and proud of MC being a genius, wouldn't every family do that, jealousy among brothers is common but that generally doesn't escalate to violence like in this case.

      True, his parents breed like pigs, raised their children in poverty, which made Lith have to fend for food at 5 years of age to avoid starving due to their inability to provide.

      I get that Tista's illness raised their expenses, but they fact that this didn't stop them from breeding more saying a lot about how dumb they are. Hell, their inability to provide proper food probably lead to the original Lith (their real son) being stillborn.

      Yet they also irritate and nag Lith about him not having children in his teenage years like they themselves did, even though they utterly failed to provide for their children, yet they act as if they were good parents, when in fact, they leeched off Lith's efforts.

      They wonder why Lith doesn't want children, when he in fact raised all his female siblings for them.

      They think that they raised Lith to be successful, yet they actually have nothing to be proud off.

      In short, they may be good people, but they are terrible parents, who have no purpose in life except to breed like pigs, and expect their teenage children to be like them too, because they don't understand the meaning of life goals that don't involve breeding.

        Aye you don't be a dick TheShift, you forget that world is still different, kids grow adult at Just 14 not just mentally but physically as well Mc is the weard one for being single. And They were capable enough (MC's parents) to not let there children die of hunger. But MC was a Awakened since he was a baby his bodily needs were much more than a average person let alone a child he willingly didn't didn't show his hunger becouse he feared that his family may notice that some was wrong with him cause he was only 4 or 5. And have some abomination side in him which made him more hungry.

          Your argument is invalid. Without mc there wouldnt be any "family". The baby and mother dies. The father becomes a wreck. The sick sister soon dies. Orpal is a jackass but maybe it would be his time to shine? 50/50 he stays or f#cks off to become the protagonist. That leaves second brother who will do what Orpal does and the eldest sister to become married off to some farmer because without mc she is not pretty. There goes your capable family.

          IT'S SOOOO GOOD idk I'm biased I've stuck with this book since it was only at chapter 500 ish. It is pretty slow though so it might not be for some people. One of the most well-done books that I have ever read.
