it's shit, Author puts MC is universe 6 to get super dragon ball but gives MC a handicap and let him acquire the super dragon balls easily as there are many enemies that can kill him by sneezing,
MC is weak enough that he can't control his oozaru form so simply gets rid of the tail and simply forgets about it.
it's a drag as he never fights someone above his level.

The CN flows STRONG in this one.
By that I mean the way it's written, the dialogues, the expressions and terms used look exactly like a typical CN cultivation novel. Translator has replaced some of these with original dragonball terms, but there are still many left.
If you can get past that then this is an okay-ish read, it has it's fair big share of plot-holes and stupidity, but I've seen worse and this one's enjoyable enough.

    About the translation,
Terms like universe, galaxy, solar system etc are all translated into the same word "galaxy". Terms like planet, star, asteroid, moon etc are all translated into the same word "planet". So if you see "galaxy" or "planet", you might wanna do a double take on what those words imply in that context.

I have been following this novel since the start and honestly im shedding a small tear as the journey has come to it's end. Of course there are plotholes and inconsistencies yet i try to not care too much about such details as i am reading for entertainment.
It is not the best work but by far not the worst, now it is complete i would definitely reccomend it as it does grow a little dull yet I'm glad i read it to the end. Like i said in my comment in the epilogue i will miss them. I was here for the start, now i witness the end.
    Goodbye Xiaya.
An EXTREMELY firm 4/5 overall from me. (A few quilities i personally liked bumped it up to 4 from a 3 or 3.5)

This Story feels like someone took a generic cultivation novel and put a dbz coat on it. Just had to drop this after the first enemy in the first fight is "courting death" and you get multiple paragraqh explanations from captian obvious about obvious things to drive up word count

Just replace latent talent with spitit root or whatever xanxia/wuxia sh*t you can think of and you know what i mean

    Translation is bad btw

I just finished it and I'll just say that it was good, it's quite a simple work but considering that the original story is also simple I think the author did a good job in making a plot For this, we all know that dragon ball has a super simple structure (Training - Fight - Stronger enemy - get stronger with some transformation - Repeat) So I think it is a satisfactory work that gives you what you came looking for when you wrote "dragon ball fanfic"

    Few things to note.

Mc is a good guy. His goals is too be the strongest. He is quite emotional towards 'family'.

Chinese way of interaction is cringe. You might wonder if it is really Dragon ball world or a cultivation world with Chinese culture.

Although saiyans are savages blablabla, his family is like any other loving family.

Few plot hole here and there. You can't be too critical if you want to enjoy this novel.

Lastly, this novel is mostly about hero type fun with the intent to 'protect'.
