Kinda felt like an inferior knockoff of "The Regressed Demon Lord is Kind", though the plot is different at times, the general vibe of the story/side-characters and flow of the events are exactly the same.

MC here is an amoral apathetic robot on a mission, so people who prefer this type of character will enjoy this. Established power levels are pure bs, they're entirely dependent on plot. Plot holes and logical inconsistencies overflowing in every scenario that it's brain rot.

Plot is good but some moments are cringy as hell

Well this novel is good in some way. The story is straightforward because our MC is basically embodiment of author version of Gigachad OP guys. Well as you ald knew from synopsis that our MC is basically old geezer of first emperor who single handlely build his own empire with his power, so you can guess what would happen if such old geezer to restart his life as his descendant.
Also don't expect good medieval concept from korean novel cuz its dialog and the world building would somehow feel cringe or clumsy.

Are ppl upvoting this to troll? Its cringy as hell even by koren novel standards. All it's lacking is the MC with his mega powerfull 'coolest' Giga Chad darkness powers start saying things like 'my darkness will consume all' though he does comes close to it.
