    This is one of the best trash novels i have read beside the face slapping system, but after reading 600+ chapters im gonna drop it because of the repetitiveness of the plot moreover now mc acts dumbs for no reason at all for eg
    but overall its a great time pass novel and a good source for instant satisfaction where you don't have to wait for 200 chapters just to understand what the fuk is actually going on the story

    An update to my review below, now am at Chap 145 and am dropping it.

    The main reason is because how he handles his enemies. Basically ALL the time whenever there is a group of enemies or a Sect who is against him the EXACT same things happen.

    He initally plans to wipe them all out, so heads over to them. Whilst trying to find them he kills a few lower level people whilst asking to be taken to the one in charge.
    The Elders/Sect Master spend a while on a monologue about how they will be able to overcome this, only to be almost instantly defeated. The MC calls them weak.
    All the remaining survivors IMMEDIATELY start spouting BS about how they are sorry and never intended this and it was all the fault of the person who just died.
    MC "believes" them.
    He gets some treasures.
    Decides to use one of the treasures straight away.
    The remaining people/Elders believe that MC will be weakened/distracted and plot to kill him.
    They attack and are instantly proven wrong.
    He kills a few of them, then the remaining ones spout the same BS as before.
    He again "believes" them and then spares them to be in charge or whatever.

    This exact thing has happened at least 4/5 times already and its so annoying every time. It would be much better to get through if he just went full genocide mode on these enemies like the typical cultivation MCs.

    When it comes to the "belief" in their BS. At the start it was pretty clear that he knows that they are just spouting lies because they don't want to die, but the last 2 times it is written as if he actually believes some of the obvious lies they are spouting. Either way, it's just a dumb, annoying repeated "gag".

        Yea, this is definetly a common Protagonist thing to do, but it's always stupid and annoying.

        Smart protagonists don't do this though - if they can kill an enemy, then they do it. There's no need for him to do this whole charade each time. Just kill them all and take their stuff, since he is just going to do that anyway.

        I suppose it could he perceived as being meant to be funny or something, but having it be the exact same thing happening every damn time starts to grate. Especially when it sounds like MC is starting to believe obvious lies and there isn't any indication anymore that he is just playing along for whatever dumb reason he Magics up.

    As others have said, turn off your brain and it's decent. Since no-one has really explained things, and the summary is kinda misleading, i'll give a brief overview of how things works.

    According to chapter 1, the title is a lie. He actually has over 100 trillion halos. But the catch is that they are locked and he randomly gets them unlocked for doing things - anything from showing off his power for the first time, to touching a girls hand. He can have multiple Halos active at once, but the relative strenth will decrease accordingly.

    The best summary of the settings are in Chapter 2:
    【 Upon the initial activation of the system, the "Protagonist Cultivation Halo" will be awarded. The remaining Halos need to be unlocked after completing achievement tasks! 】

    【 "Protagonist Cultivation Halo" : Cultivation bottleneck? Nonexistent! As a protagonist, cultivating is a trivial matter that should be as easy and natural as eating, drinking, and sleeping! 】

    After reading the introduction of the Cultivation Halo, Su Zhan curiously asked, "What are the achievement tasks?"
