Chapter 359

“They’re here!”

With a spatial fluctuation in the atmosphere of Svartalfheim, Margot, who was calmly sitting in a wasteland setting up a table to drink tea, reminded Josh.

The Dark Elves’ invisibility and spatial technology were very advanced. In the original story, when they invaded Asgard, neither Heimdall nor Odin could detect them immediately, and now Josh was no exception.

But they could not hide from Margot.

Before long, Josh also sensed something approaching.

After a wave of energy fluctuation, a Dark Elf spaceship shaped like a giant sword appeared not far away.

A squad of Dark Elves quickly surrounded Josh and Margot, led by Malekith, the King of the Dark Elves, and his followers.

“Asgardians?” Malekith frowned as he looked at Josh and Margot, who were still leisurely drinking tea, and asked.

During the era of the Dark Elves, humans on Earth were still playing with stones, so the just-awakened Malekith had no concept of humans. In terms of appearance, humans and Asgardians were basically the same, so it was natural for him to classify Josh and Margot as Asgardians.

“Leave it to you?” Josh didn’t even glance at him but spoke to Margot instead.

“Of course, but you better stay out of it!” Margot smiled.

Faced with himself and his followers, these two “Asgardians” were still calmly chatting, which angered Malekith. He waved his hand, and his subordinate Kurse— the cursed warrior from Thor 2—strode quickly toward Josh.

However, Josh didn’t even look at him and instantly disappeared from where he stood.

Immediately, only Margot remained in the spot.

Just as Kurse turned toward Margot, a huge shadow descended from the sky to meet him.

At the moment Josh teleported, Margot had already activated her true form—a female Celestial standing ten thousand meters tall, clad in orange heavy armor.

The giant shadow falling toward the Dark Elves was Margot’s foot.

“XXXX!” All the Dark Elves immediately ignored waiting for Malekith’s order and began frantically fleeing while shouting unknown syllables.

Seeing this, Malekith was still stunned for a moment, and only because Kurse reacted quickly and pushed him did he barely escape Margot’s stomp.

But Kurse himself was instantly crushed into pulp by Margot’s foot.

However, Margot ignored the escaping Malekith and turned her gaze to the Dark Elves’ ship.

The originally nearly kilometer-long giant ship was now the size of a toy plane in front of Margot’s true form, and she grabbed it directly in her hand.

With a flash of energy from her hand, the remaining Dark Elves inside the ship instantly lost consciousness.

Those on the ground were no exception. Golden energy ripples spread rapidly from Margot’s center; all the Dark Elves who hadn’t been stomped to death collapsed and lost consciousness.

After finishing all this, Margot placed the ship on the open ground and returned to her normal human form.

Josh reappeared beside her at the right moment and opened a teleportation portal.

The other side of the portal was the planet Zhiyuan Star, where Vereesa was commanding her fleet through the portal to start cleaning up.

Most of the Dark Elves were not dead but just knocked unconscious by Margot, so they were all taken back first for the biologists and mages under them to check if they were of any value. The ship, although not very advanced compared to ships in the Star Wars world, still had valuable invisibility technology.

“Next up is Hela!” Josh said, watching the subordinates carry away the Dark Elves one by one.

“Are we really going?” Margot asked. “You said it yourself—Hela’s seal was set by Odin. Although I am now strong enough, it probably won’t be easy to free Hela without alerting Odin!”

Unlike the Dark Elves and Reality Stone seals, which were products of the Bor era and could be concealed so Asgard wouldn’t detect anything here, Hela was sealed by Odin himself in Helheim. Odin would likely sense it the moment they arrived in Helheim.

“Who said we have to avoid alerting Odin? Look, you’ve become a Celestial now. It’s reasonable for us to take a trip through the Nine Realms to celebrate, right? Accidentally triggering the seal during our trip is also reasonable, right? Even if Odin finds out, what more can he say? Besides, can Hela really escape from us?” Josh smiled carelessly.

Before Margot became a true Celestial, Josh would still have some respect facing Odin. But now...not to mention the MCU universe, even in the comics, Odin’s power is inferior to the Celestials.

According to comic settings, Odin and various Earth gods formed the Ancient Avengers and fought hard but only managed to kill one weakened Celestial infected by cosmic bugs. Later, facing the Celestial main force, they only managed to sever one Celestial arm with the Destroyer armor.

In the MCU, with an extremely weakened old Odin, even without Margot, Josh would only have slight concerns. Now…

“That’s true. Odin wouldn’t really turn against us over this, especially if we can control Hela!” Margot thought about it and agreed.

Without hesitation, she opened the portal again.

The other side was Helheim, a desolate, dark world full of dense fog, like Svartalfheim.

Josh and Margot could travel so easily between Svartalfheim and Helheim thanks to Loki...

Just as Josh and Margot officially stepped into Helheim, Ancient One from Azeroth also arrived on the continent of Northrend.

Undoubtedly, her purpose was singular: to reach Yogg-Saron, imprisoned deep within Ulduar.

Although the war in Silithus was raging fiercely and Abbendis’ operation in the Broken Isles had begun comprehensively, both the Aqir and Abbendis forces had enough power to handle the current situation, so it did not prevent Ancient One from freeing up time to do other things.

Thus, Yogg-Saron, still imprisoned in Northrend like C’thun before, became Ancient One’s next target.

Moreover, Abbendis had several fortresses in Northrend with teleportation arrays and flight routes, making it convenient for Ancient One to come.

However, after arriving in Northrend, Ancient One did not enter Ulduar directly but instead found the Temple of Wisdom on Ulduar’s outskirts.

And the owner of the Temple of Wisdom was named Loken!
