As for bloodline-type items, they seemed to also take effect. If you were bitten by a zombie in a zombie world, you would turn into a zombie when you returned. However, Bai Mu noticed a prompt for True Mode: 'Everything in this mode will be real.' According to his understanding, this sentence probably meant that after being bitten by a zombie, the person who returned and turned into a zombie would no longer be a conscious human being, but a real zombie. The player wouldn't retain their consciousness like when using bloodline-type items.
