    first impression:
    1) the mc seems like a pushover, not sure if it's rly the case.
    2) very trashy, and possibly trouble bringing family.
    if the mc stays in contact with em after being able to sustain himself, then this is trash.
    3) very long chapter, for me it's very uncomfortable, but not everyone is the same ig.
    4) the mc is no different from the others, no quality or anything good to get us to like him.

      You're definitely too narrow minded. If this chapter was split into 10 chaps you probably wouldn't be complaining but I guess considering your mediocre sense of appraising I shouldn't be surprised you're already talking trash on the first chapter

    Anyone else prefer shorter chapters in larger quantity? I would have personally felt more comfortable if this was split into like 4 chapters. A singular long chapters just takes took much investment especially reading digitally.

      True, I may be wrong, but I think that the author is quite the perfectionist to go this far to make such a nice introductory prologue when other authors rarely put anything useful on it.
