    I am actually surprised his finances have been better on this floor so far than on the previous one. The loans he has taken have pretty low interest and his income can still keep up with his expenditure because of all the benefits while working.

    This means that he actually hasn't really pushed himself to the limit for short term benefits yet. If he really wanted to he could probably take a loan of 100 coins with high interest for some quick short term benefits.
