        Have you tried https://www.novelupdates.com/series/doomsday-wonderland ? It's basically the best apocalypse novel I know , especially the 3rd world is very unique and it has no time-travel cliche stupidity , after all it was written before all the retards started copy-paste novels.

    There are two main types of apocalypse novels... The zombie apocalypse for Chinese and the gate breaks for Koreans. The rest I have seen are either about frozen apocalypse, which most of them feel AI generated and some unique other ones like fog apocalypse.

    Summary- according to reviews this isna fairly good apocalypse novel, excellent even, the relationship and characters seem toxic and there is a nationalistic selfish mean spirited vibe tho

From all foreigners being not good and should "go home", to fierce patriotism, to the benefits of Chinese medicine vs western medicine, to the obvious "Freedom Base" that is a clear criticism/analogy of the "evil" capitalist system (though somehow the MC's and her families capitalist greed is ok).

    Long , complicated rebirth and apocalypse novel. While I enjoyed reading about all the strong female characters, the MC is pretty - well, intense. She works for the preservation of her family’s space and only them. Read the other reviews for examples of this. Her kids are protected but all others are up for grabs.
