The story is about a music teacher that was about to be reincarnated but when the goddess was about to force him to wipe his memory another monster/god thing invaded the reincarnation place and supposedly helped him retain his memory and gave him an ability(that's only assumed). After that he gets reincarnated in a world of runes and magic as a hated scummy trashy rank 1 professor with no memories.
