        I think creating mark 1 is the most difficult because he will probably be pioneer at this thing but when he achieves mark 2 everything will go very nicely

      ladle is not a spoon, it used to mix the food when cooking, flame resistance helps to not heat it up when cooking for a long time. The chefs hand wont get burnt

        Also there can be some mana chief that use like meats of very powerful monsters and they need to use powerful fire and ingredients can also give heat so something like this with fire resistance is the must for higher grade chief
