Chapter 1831 Chapter 1824: ACT III (3)

"World-Saint Neo-Dawn!" Suo Haoran's true body's voice was blasted outwards with energy, instantly spreading across the Dark Void via spiritual wave, and causing Dongfang Yue's Incarnation that was approaching Wei Wuyin to slow down.

Her eyes were glimmering with an unusual glow seemed to experience hesitation.

Wei Wuyin's Stellar-Paragon Physique and Little Defiant's regenerative strength and recuperation of energy reserves when working in perfect tandem was frighteningly fast. He had more or less fully recovered his innate paragonic energies within that brief lull of collective shock, and his Astral Souls' ability to refine them and convert into qi, astral force, or mystic force was always exceedingly swift.

While his mystic force was gradually replenishing, he was no longer in a state of depletion, losing his status as a spent force. So Dongfang Yue's approach wasn't too terrifying, even if his mutated Majority Authorities of Imperial, Annihilation, and Saber alongside his mutated Minor Authorities of Origin, Space, and Time were sealed.

He was never one without contingencies.

"Sovereign Abhorrent Sky's fate—has he proved the strength of our galaxy to you?" Suo Haoran took the lead in asking, seemingly pushing through the doubt, suspicion, and disbelief of what he just witnessed. If not for his role being clear here, all things long since planned for, then he might not have reacted well despite his Resonant Soul Realm cultivation and nearly a million years of experience. Unlike Dongfang Yue or Long Shiya, Suo Haoran had consolidated his strength as a Microheaven Envoy!

If not, how could he dare challenge Long Shiya for Tianshi Ya earlier? He was a rarity amongst Resonant Soul Realm experts in any greater galaxy because the Zenith Creation Alchemic Saint of the past generation was one of the few alchemical legacies that was directly cultivation base-oriented. Additionally, Tianshi Zaoxuan knew how to concoct those products to some degree, and he served both.

The Tianshi Clan was one of the few clans that have had generational Zeniths within the galaxy, and the only clan to have successive Zeniths who earned their position under the galaxy-wide approval of all regarding their Alchemic Dao.

Only after hearing this did Dongfang Yue slow down her flying speed, her hesitation won out in the end and she lightly bit her lips as her gaze flickered while fixated intently on Wei Wuyin.

Wei Wuyin eyed her briefly, blinking before turning toward Suo Haoran's true body, seemingly piercing the veil of space to locate him. "Only two moves."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"WHAT?!" Instantly, the crowd went wild. Long Shiya lasted two out of the three moves? He…failed?!

The Maleficent-Chaos Sovereign, the Dao Enforcer of the Zenith Containment Tower, was wide-mouthed and had cold sweat on her palms and back. She had almost fought against Wei Wuyin voluntarily. That was almost her. If not for Suo Kai-Ming's caution and refusal, she might have lost her physical body and been forced to escape. Dying in terms of your physical body was an almost irreversible position for Resonant Soul Realm experts given how much effort was put into refining it.

Even Suo Haoran was unable to hide his shock as his pupils constricted. How did this foreigner force Long Shiya to execute a Soulguard Absconding in only two moves?!

Not only did Suo Haoran experience heart-throbbing shock, but the Zeniths were all pressured into a stifled silence.

However, whether it was due to her intuition or something else yet again, Suo Kai-Ming denounced: "Using external methods to harm a Sovereign Knight of our galaxy is quite insidious of you, World-Saint Neo-Dawn."

Her words, while a little speculative without clear evidence, slowly calmed down the hearts of everyone. While Wei Wuyin's Mystic Star Phase cultivation base was an obvious impossibility that had to be explained away by either a sacrificial regression of cultivation or another, the fact that these upper-echelon powerhouses were fully aware of his lack of a Resonant Soul Realm cultivation base was more or less accepted fact.

In truth, their thoughts of dismissing what they saw weren't entirely wrong. If they took everything at face value, Wei Wuyin wasn't just a monster—he was THE monster of cultivation. The limited lifespans of Mystic Star Phase experts and his outrageous strength to rival Sages or even use Heavenly Treasures were directly contradictory.

Normally, Mystic Star Phase cultivators can't even use Heavenly Treasures given their weak soul energy and spiritual strength when considered in strength, quality, and intrinsic composition at that stage of cultivation. How could they possibly know that Wei Wuyin's four Astral Souls, their respective Laws, and the Calamities of Hell that were repeatedly claimed and conquered were contributing to his current so-called outrageous achievements?

Even then, Wei Wuyin had only ever used the Endless Void Mirror, a quasi-Supreme Heavenly Treasure, in this lifetime while having no need to rely on Heavenly Treasures due to his Minor Authorities of Law and his pure cultivation base backed by an obscenely heaven-defying Stellar-Paragon Physique and supported by a Defiant-sized World-Bound Domain Star proving a container that could hold energy and even the aura of eternity far beyond his cultivation level while serving as a reserve of practically limitless energy when his current type of mystic force was concerned.

Wei Wuyin didn't deny Suo Kai-Ming's claim. "If I had known he was so weak, then…" He said as he left that sentence unsaid, chuckling as his body began to fly toward Dongfang Yue, causing her expression to shift instantly. The world watched as he reached Dongfang Yue, and he stopped, standing practically shoulder to shoulder, both facing different directions.

Speaking with a rare seriousness, "You can talk to me after."

Wei Wuyin's words were unhidden, and those watching were a little stunned. They recalled Wei Wuyin inviting the Elephant-Tigress Sovereign to fight or threatening her that he would teach her a lesson. Among the truly powerful in both strength and status, they were all too keenly aware of Dongfang Yue's temper, yet this foreigner seemed to be able to soften her edge and weaken her outrageous momentum.

She had eternally killed Guo Heng in a fit of rage, a small sign of her impulsive personality.

"After…?" Dongfang Yue questioned softly as her mind circulated with all sorts of thoughts. She was finally able to calm down and realize that her feelings about the truth of Wei Wuyin's strength, talent, and means might come out as outrageously unbelievable to others. She had rushed here thinking there might be others like her, but despite reaching this point, no one followed and they seemed rather muted in their response.

She couldn't fathom why before, but now she realized that Suo Kai-Ming and the others were under the impression that Wei Wuyin was using various external means for his strength.

Wei Wuyin grinned, seemingly redirecting his gaze to the location of the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm. "After I obtain this victory against your Zeniths," after making this bold declaration, Wei Wuyin flew back to the Armored Boon Stellar Region.

UTTERLY INSANE!

That type of declaration instantly sent the reverential crowd of the Zeniths into a frenzy. All denizens of the Utmost Purity Galaxy treated them on the same level as deities, yet with a far greater degree of respect as they properly earned their position without any leeway. The mere thought of a foreign alchemist daring to say they would defeat them was laughable!

Fu#k your strength!

Screw your power!

The Alchemic Dao was supreme here! No level of cultivation base would ever matter before the grand and limitless Alchemic Dao! At least, in their eyes.

Wei Wuyin deliberately riled up the crowd, further pushing his exposure from the depths of their minds. He couldn't figure out why Dongfang Yue was insistent on her belief, not trying to find any reason to justify the inconsistency of his strength versus his cultivation base.

However, this also gave him an idea.

Without hesitation, he dispelled the void concealment enveloping his body and age. He wanted to test something.

Instantly, the frenzied crowd who were observing Wei Wuyin and raging, laughing angrily, or simply insulting him for his attitude, saying that his Alchemic Dao will inevitably falter before the Zeniths, suddenly came to an abrupt silence.

Then, with a bright grin, Wei Wuyin loudly chuckled as his vitality of slightly over a hundred years of age and Mystic Star Phase cultivation base was openly revealed. He didn't hide it any longer. In fact, he was allowing them to freely inspect him, only holding back his Stellar-Paragon Physique and various aspects of his cultivation, such as his Astral Souls and their properties.

For now.

"...!" Dongfang Yue's heart began to pound furiously in her chest.

Suo Haoran was confused.

The other Dao Enforcers had varied expressions, ranging from uncertainty, to indifference, or disbelief. The Zeniths were no different.

"So, tell me: What will we do now?" Wei Wuyin chuckled.

-----

An hour later.

Wei Wuyin was standing within the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm's main hall. He was curiously inspecting the various properties of the realm, feeling increasingly inspired as he analyzed the Unity Essence within, allowing his Second Mind to become incredibly invested in this power.

Before him were the seated Zeniths.

He was only a Mental Incarnation, yet his mental fluctuations, while intrinsically on a lesser level, in terms of stability and strength, were no different or even superior to some of the Zeniths present.

They were each extraordinary figures, and their Dao Enforcers were all keenly observing him. He could feel their soul-piercing gazes.

"Have you decided what you desire to earn should you succeed in our attempt at surpassing the Alchemic Dao of my Utmost Purity Galaxy?" The Zenith Fusion Alchemic Saint, the elderly yet kind-sounding Zenith, asked with extremely veiled ridicule.

After Long Shiya had only lasted two moves, he had inadvertently failed to reach Wei Wuyin's standards in a rather humiliating way, and this weakened their momentum to seek out Su Yi's location as the agreement was to first prove themselves in three moves and then conduct a challenge in the Alchemic Dao.

Fortunately, Wei Wuyin hadn't used this to dismiss them and had immediately hinted that he was willing to continue their challenge. In a way, they also knew that this strange cultivator of the Imperial Dao wouldn't refuse most challenges. So they spent a good portion of the past hour giving concessions, substituting one of Long Shiya's moves with enormous wealth.

It was a rather ridiculous development, but when have Alchemists ever feared lacking wealth? Especially Heavenly Saint Alchemists!

Wei Wuyin had already earned a hefty sum before the Alchemic Dao Clash had even begun or the wager on his side was even established. Firstly, he demanded a few forging methods for Voidships. Secondly, they had to give out seven grand-tier Worldly Saint Alchemist-level Alchemical Lineages. The long-standing Utmost Purity Galaxy had hundreds of them, but they were all strictly controlled and labeled with disgusting prices that lesser galaxies might not be able to afford.

For example, the ten Sages of the Resolute Dusk Galaxy were scammed for a Heavenly Saint Alchemist alchemical lineage, obtaining a subpar one that was at its peak equivalent to a true high-tier Worldly Saint Alchemist. The only use was to create a false Heavenly Saint Alchemist, which none of the Zeniths were. Despite obtaining it, they still couldn't develop one. And they were stupendously rich in resources!

It wasn't that easy.

Lastly, access to the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm. When the Zeniths were observing him, his Celestial Eyes had traced its location and realized it was strangely constructed. Who would have thought it was a Mind-Realm? Physical bodies or Spiritual Avatars couldn't enter here, but it was intimately connected to one's cultivation. A cultivator could use the strange properties to convert their innate mental energies into Unity Essence.

It was almost like using a foreign medium to cultivate, acting as a Natal Soul, Astral Soul, Mystic Soul, or Resonance Soul for a cultivator. Wei Wuyin's true body was already using it to create Unity Essence and store it in his Mind's Eye.

Moreover, he was using Little Defiant's reserves of solar energies and essences to do so, capable of substituting for his innate mental energies directly!

It was only five or so minutes, yet he had accumulated an amount that Resonant Soul Realm experts might take a few years to gather.

According to their agreement, he would have access to this realm for seven years, probably just enough to create an iota or two of Unity Essence by average standards, the baseline defined by Supreme Sages.

It was a little interesting how little they cared about Long Shiya life or death. Seemingly blaming him for his uselessness, and not even mentioning him throughout the entire negotiation.

Wei Wuyin sighed with praise. "What a miraculous realm," he commented before shaking his head as if reluctant to ever leave. Additionally, he could keep a Mental Incarnation here at all times. Most wouldn't be able to do so because their mental energies were limited resources that couldn't be easily replenished, especially the higher your cultivation base rose, so they would be forced to leave eventually.

"How about this—you all can decide. What do you think I should obtain should my Alchemic Dao prove superior to yours?" Wei Wuyin smiled as he swept his gaze across all seven Zeniths.

Tianshi Zaoxuan was finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. His last part was here! He just had to do this last act!

Wei Wuyin cheered him on in his heart.
